I highly recommend Patti's and can't say enough good things about Head Mechanic, Ed Bridges!! I was looking to buy a Isuzu diesel box truck but was clueless when it came to diesel engines. That same day I ran across Ed, a complete stranger, who happened to be working on a diesel for the grocery chain, Safeway. I approached him and got his business card. I knew nothing about Ed or Patti's but had to take the chance. I had him look at 3 trucks that required 3 separate trips of close to an hours drive away and each on very short notice. Two of these on a Saturday after a windstorm that left everyone without power. When I contacted him he was juggling getting family to the airport as well as dealing with the aftermath of the previous nights storm, and it was his day off! Told him I needed him to check to potential trucks... Hopefully that same day. I totally expected a no... Not possible"

My truck was leaking and needed the radiator replaced Ed was fast and very fair priced. I have taken 3 of my vehicles there for different problems and each time they were fixed fast and done the right way . I have no problem calling Patti's Mobile whenever I have an issue with my cars.

Installed a rebuilt engine. Very knowledgeable and work was superior. Fix a lot things that were missed by previous mechanic at the dealership. Will definitely use this service for my vehicle again.

Replaced our starter on a Chevy 2013 6.0 at the gas pump in one hour including getting the part. So very happy to be back on the road so quickly. Very kind and professional service. Number saved!

This guy is a joke. Not mobile first of all, had to drive my car to his house. He does not know what he is doing. Lost his phone first day, had multiple numbers to switch between. Gave me a quote that ended up being double at the end. Told me two days. Called multiple times and every time it was something new that would require more time. A week later my car is shaking like crazy, with a non working oil pressure gauge and a check engine light on. Stay away from this guy. Go to a shop or better screen a mobile mechanic.

Amazing, fast, and great service!Ed is the guy to ask for. He helped fix an electrical repair on my wife's car and was able to fix it within an hour and at an affordable rate.I can't stress it enough if you're in an emergency to get your car fixed and and you're stuck in your driveway like I was, these are the guys to call.Much appreciation to this company, they really saved my butt!

Great mechanic. Very hard to find someone like this. He was fast, and eager to help, and fix the problem. We was stuck over 50 miles from home. He picked up the phone late at night, and got there fast. He fixed the problem in 15 mins, and even keep an eye on us, to make sure we made it, back on the road safe. I trust him so much, every mechanic should be this way! If I could I would rate this company a 10 out of 10! Thank you so much!
