Wow! These guys are the best! I walked in to see what they do, I walked out with Telescope! Shout out to Harout. This man knows his telescopes! Very thorough explanation of various type of telescopes and what is generally a decent telescope to start out with. Honest and unbiased. Don't go buy garbage from a big box retailer. At the very least have a chat with these guys!

My goodness, I went in, not knowing much and I left with a wealth of knowledge. The owner treated me, a first time customer, with an incredible amount of kindness and patience. (As I was not as experienced in the hobby) I was floored with the amount of expertise, patience in explaining the differences in telescopes and high quality customer service! I left, very satisfied and happy, I could not recommend this place enough!! It also has a wide range of telescopes at fair prices! It's always so nice when you have people who are truly passionate at what they do!

I have heard about this store for a while and finally visited today. Been thinking of getting a set of binoculars, and Harout has taught me so much. He took me out to test a few of them out, and told me what to look for. He is clearly super knowledgeable and passionate. After trying the stabilized ones, that was it! So excited about my purchase. It was a cozy and friendly store. Anyone looking for binoculars - a store not to miss!

I spent over $7000 on my scope at the store. It's been 3 months and not only have they not replaced the dew-cap/shield I paid $300 for (it was too small), they make me keep calling them week after week to find out the status, leaving me wonder if they even ordered it. They don't get back to me when they say (not a single call), nor even provide the order number so I can fit my own, as they promised. They got their $7K, and then dropped me. I'm offended. I have since bought a scope for my son and eye pieces at Canada Telescopes, and am much happier there.
