AMJ Campbell

Recently my move from Germany to Canada was organized by AMJ Campbell. The communication worked flawless. The movers of AMJ Campbell (especially Karan and Jesse) and the German partner enterprise werde very nice and efficient. It really was a good experience.

We recently moved from Alberta to BC. We used AMJ for our move and for temporary storage while we waited for our new home build to be complete. They were courteous, friendly, professional and delivered as per promise. They kindly showed us a damaged chair however explained how AMJ would rectify the situation. I appreciated the transparency and professionalism. Moving is stressful, however AMJ mitigated this stress and delivered in every way!

Moved us from North Bay to Edmonton in Dec 2022.Worst. Experience. Ever. Don’t use these folks unless you want numerous items broken.Multiple pictures, electronics, family items, furniture all broken.Paid and extremely large some of money for the move.Part of the service was disassembling and reassembling of items.Today. As it’s spring. Went to put my daughter basketball hoop up. Completely smashed and metal arms and bolts bent.Daughters bike front brakes destroyed.They disassembled and reassembled these items. Broke them completely. Daughter devastated. We had no idea as they sat in the garage for winter.Amazing that almost 5 months later and usually on a weekly basis we find something broken.Save your HARD earned money. These folks could care less about your items and will say too bad. Go through insurance. What a joke. What a hassle.Garbage company.Don’t use them to move. Period.

This company deserves a 10 star rating. As a business owner there is a lot that can happen quite quickly. I phoned this company and Larissa answered my call. They were fully booked and I had informed her of my emergency. WOW. She made it work. They went out of their way and squeezed me in for a 7a arrival time. When the team arrived they tried everything to be able to move my $33,000 540 lb. tub out from a very tight squeeze. At this time they could not figure out how to move the tub without damaging the components. Again, they squeezed me in the following week to try again. Halleluiah, the team was incredible. Absolutely no damage. I can not thank them enough as they bailed me out of a very difficult situation.

Punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. AMJ's awesome crew showed up on time and got right to work... packed breakables carefully and quickly, thoughtfully loaded items in truck to arrange for easy unload and multiple delivery stops... knew how to effectively move heavy items (piano comes to mind) in manner that can only come from experience... Top marks and totally happy with my AMJ moving experience.

What can I say?We will never use anyone else with our valuables.We have used them 4X now. They are Perfect. Professional. Efficient.Not one item broke or damaged.The movers had a healthy appreciation to humour and not once sad a bad thing about our heavy possessions. If you are unsure of movers, trust these movers. AMJ Campbell’s crew was amazing!! We had Romain, Lance, and Harold. They were on time and worked fast. We are moving across the country and had some valuable items that they handled with care. Would work with them again in the future!

So far, my experience has been very positive. My contact, Suzanne, is very pleasant, responds quickly, and is professional. It is my first time moving out of the country, and she is very helpful! The movers were also great! I wasn't fully ready, but they were very patient with me and worked with me to ensure everything was being taken care of. They were very speedy and professional as well, and all three were very personable. My items are currently in storage and still need to be shipped, but so far, my experience has been very positive. Would definitely recommend them for out of country moves!
