Always great project manager and results with HIBCO, we had HIBCO take care of repairs apart of a small mud room conversion and was completed quickly and efficiently. We also have HIBCO lined up for a major basement development and main floor renovations. Always recommended to our commercial and residential customers.

I had Hibco complete a custom project for me in my condo and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Great attention to detail and spent a lot of time with me ensuring they understood what I wanted and providing suggestions along the way. They completed the project in a timely manner and the results are immaculate.

We had the pleasure of recently working with Blair from Hibco Construction on a large renovation project. He was on top of things all the time - things were done when he said they would be and he communicated well with all the members on our team. When a third party issue came up, Blair communicated it with us clearly and in a timely manner and followed up with us to ensure everything was dealt with. Blair was always easy to get a hold of and returned calls and emails promptly. In the end, he was on budget and he made the client very happy with the end result. We would love to work with Blair from Hibco Construction again!

I've worked on many sites over the last 20+ years.....only recently have I had the pleasure to be on a Hibco site. It is refreshing to work in an environment where quality and common sense are put first by the general contractor. I had some water damage from a leaky bathtub. It was a small job, but HIBCO was very responsive, professional and honest. I recommend this company for any job and I am happy to provide reference to anyone about HIBCO's exceptional job. Shout out to Angel, he was great!

I have nothing but good things to say about HIBCO Construction. We hired HIBCO for major structural work to our home after discovering black mold and rot which was the result of a leaking chimney flashing. Throughout the entire process, from estimating the job, to producing engineered drawings and procuring permits, to the crew that was on site to do the work, communication was exceptional. They treated our home as if it was their own, often going beyond any reasonable expectation I had about the quality of their work, but their attention to detail while being on site and their courteous nature in dealing with me and even some neighbours. I hope never to need these kind of services again, but if I do HIBCO will be the only call I make. Five stars is an understatement.
