Sharper Knives
Wow, I'm so glad I found this guy! He is clearly very passionate about what he does and takes pride in his work. I had confidence in him from the moment I met him. I brought in my old knives which had NEVER been professionally sharpened and were dull as could be. In fact I wondered if really very much could be done with them. He charged a very reasonable price and now they cut like a dream! I'm going to bring him a few more to sharpen.He also showed me some of his amazing carvings. Great work!

Evan is very passionate about his craft. He is considerate of your needs when you bring in knives for sharpening and charges a reasonable rate. He is working on the turn around time, so it is best to ensure that is established when your knives are dropped off.

Sharper Knives
Evan sharpened my 8” Henkel Chef’s knife last week and did a fantastic job on the knife. It was in pretty rough shape and Evan was able to get it back to almost new condition. I’ll be bringing my other knives to Evan as well. Great job, reasonable prices. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
