I love this place! The staff is so knowledgeable and always so helpful, they'll help you find products, make recommendations, and offer advice. I no longer live in Toronto, so I've checked out other nail supply stores near me, but none have had the amount of inventory, nor have the staff been as helpful as the staff at Jessica's. I'll keep shopping at Jessica's even if it's a 45 min drive on a good day.

Check your receipt before leaving. I bought 2 nail polish for $36 but the lady at cash charge me $63. I went back to show my bank statements and they think I was lying. Nothing has price tag. The store has good selection of nails polish color.

There was a young employee there, and she was extremely attentive and helpful. I asked for a chrome (no pink or blue reflection but pure pearl white), and she said it wasnt in stock, but she knew what I wanted (asked me hailey bieber nails right?")

Absolutely terrible service. Make sure you double check the prices on your receipt. The service has always been subpar, but this time they even tried to charge me double at the cash knowing the marketed prices was much lower. I've been shopping at this nail store for years now, but I will never be going back. The hassle is definitely not worth it.

I bought these powders from them in March as I was running out of my original ones that I got before I moved to the uk and the powders I got are completely different! Some of them came already opened which was already suspicious but I only tried them out yesterday and when I tried to take them off my customer the powder was GUMMY which as we all know never happens with Valentino beauty powders!! They thought I wouldn’t know as Valentino beauty pure don’t ship to the UK but I still have my original powders I got from when I was in US. Don’t buy if you are international

Jessica's price puts are really good. Make sure you have at least 30 mins to JUST wander the aisles. Staff are willing to help, make suggestions. We had a great shopping experience!!!Note: closed up tight on FRIDAYS.

Worst customer service. They over charge for items you didn’t even receive. They loose packages and take your money. If you pick up items and if you don’t check it before you leave the store and they packed it wrong they don’t replace items and they say it’s your fault. There English is awful and Management sucks.I highly recommend nail stud or spa essentials barrie beat customer service. Polite kind and they don’t make you feel like your lying
