I got some highlights in and they did an amazing job and even one of the staff loved anime likes me so I talked to them about anime most of the time so I had a great time highly recommend and everyone is very nice

I has not happy with my hair style and experience I had. First, I got the fastest hair wash I have ever had in my life. Then, instead of doing the styling that I came for the first place, she wanted to give me a haircut what I agreed only IF she had time for it. Then I repeatedly told her that I want my hairstyle last till the end of the night but not that it looks like the whole bottle of hairspray has used for it. Instead of putting rolls or something else she used very thick curling iron. I showed her pictures how curly I want my hair to be. I didn't get what I hoped to get. What also made me very uncomfortable was the fact that her second client came while we were not even half done (in my opinion), so she rushed with me. I told her that I was not quite happy and asked if we can do something to fix it and she repeatedly told that she thought it was good. I was rushing to go home and realized that she wasn't as professional as I hoped she was. I went home and when it was time for the wedding my hair was quite flat on the front and hard as a rock in back. Not natural and beautiful at all. Even my husband said that which is not like him at all. That being said, I need a professional hair stylist and I definitely won't find it here. Paid $80 for something that didn't last. Was not happy.

I had a really bad experience with them. Long story short, booked for a permanent hair straightening & got keratin treatment for it. That day my hair looked amazing after the treatment. He did a good job. But after the first wash my hair became the same way it was before. Lost $445. Asked them the reason for it, but received so many excuses. Requested a refund, but they couldn’t do it there. Gave me customer service email id which doesn’t even exist. Tried to contact them in their website, but no response. Will wait for few more days to get any response, if not I may move legally. It’s not a small amount of money & it’s hard earned too. No one else should get this kind of treatment. That’s why I posted it here.

I came in to get a haircut done and decided to also redo my balayage. Nikki worked on my hair and she was amazing. She took her time and did everything perfectly. I had an inspo pic and the results were exactly the same. Thank youuu sooo much Nikki:) super happy with my results!!!!

I had my 3rd visit at this salon it’s always been a good experience. Today there was a mix up with my appointment and stylist but the team handled it very well! They were extremely kind and made sure I was taken care of! I saw Jen for a wash, cut, style. I’m so in love with my hair!!! They did such an amazing job! Thank you so much

They seem to just want to take as much of your money as possible. charged me for a bottle of product, which when they handed it to me, had the lid shattered, and then refused to refund it (and they didn’t have any more in stock, but said that they could try to find some)… really strange and unfortunate way to treat a customer

Love this salon! Sarah is such an amazing person to get your lashes and hair done from! Love getting my hair done from her. So relaxing and comfortable to be in there with her. Definitely recommend this salon.

Steph is by far the best hair stylist I have ever had or could ever ask for. I’m so thankful for her friendly professional service and absolute wizardy ability to make my hair perfect every time.

I had an interview with a manager just over a week ago for a receptionist position. I was 10 minutes early and the manager was 15 minutes late. Very unprofessional and not welcoming at all. Was very rude and would seemed very sassy with me while conducting the interview. As the interview finished and I was hired for the position, I was then called and told I needed to complete a second interview. The interview was scheduled for 10 am on a Monday morning but i was also told I would be getting a reminder call the day before the interview. Which I did not get. I called two hours before the interview on the Monday and was confirming my interview for that day and I was told I did not have one and to reschedule for 2:30pm. Not to mention the lady that I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Then at 10 am, I got a call saying I was late for my interview and missed it. This made me really confused and concerned. I told the lady that called me that I was treated very poorly and that everyone I seemed to come in contact with was very rude to me. Not a good experience at all.

I booked an appointment with Nikki 2 weeks ago for haircut and highlites at Curio Oshawa and as usual she never disappointed!She’s done my hair just the way I like it! Very meticulous, she’s goes through the details of your hair, doesnt rush her work, makes sure things were done up properly!My hair always look heathier whenever I let Nikki touch it with her golden hands!She’s the best hairstylist I ever had, I always go to Curio because of her. She’s very friendly and professional.I loved Curio because of Nikki and I look forward to my next hair appointment with her!
