I have had terrible experience with my new Trane furnace. Since it was installed in August 2015 it broke down in December 2015 and this morning (January 7, 2017) it is broken again! Both times the hot surface igniter was cracked and had to be replaced. It seems to happen on the coldest days of winter! I have the furnace serviced every fall by a qualified company. I had a Career furnace for 12 years and it never broke down. So much for your slogan you can't stop a Trane" .UPDATE April 18

Many ppl leave bad reviews because they lacked the skills as a gas tech to know which parts you need. This location has always helped me in the past and got my parts within 48 hrs if not in stock. They are a parts supplier not a diy tech support for trane.
