Rowan helped me switch from Rogers to Bell with speed and genuine friendliness that put me at ease, I came to the kiosk just before they closed and he was still sharp, he triple checked that EVERYTHING worked before I left him, a real gentleman and professional, he's a valuable asset to Bell at their Semiahmoo Mall location in White Rock, BC.

Bell needs to listen to its customers. Provide better Cell plans. We have 1 bar Bell signal in our area. We called Bell to find a solution they simply refused to help & even refused to allow WiFi calls which does not cost them anything.

Don’t go for bell. Ur paying twice the money to get half the speed. I tried changing sim twice, phone once thinking that bell won’t be a problem. But I was wrong. I requested to help. But no luck. Neither at store nor at bell customer service.

Bell is customer unfriendly. I believe Bell does not consider it's customers. I get 1 bar cell signal in my area.when I called Bell they simply refused to say when or if they plan to upgrade or add another tower in our area. They even refused to allow Wifi calling to receive & make calls.

I was on the verge of closing my Bell service account after the arrogant treatment from the Newton Store until I met your customer service representatives at the Semiahmoo kiosk Paayal and Jasreen were superb with there knowledge and really went extra mile to help me. I was delighted and thus me and my family commiting to stick with Bell for long .

Me and my friend had a great experience at bell semiahmoo. First we were helped by Jasreen she thoroughly explained the plans leaving no doubts and giving us best plans. We were doubtful for porting in but she made us realize how bell is better than other carriers. Further we were assisted by Janhavi. She was so patient and polite while processing our phones. She went above and beyond making sure all our needs are met. We left with 2 Iphone 12 pros and she made sure everything was set up perfectly before we leave. We were amused by their customer service.I would definitely recommend everyone to reach out to them!!Cheers
