Very disappointed with this company . Requested a quote on paving a driveway from them and when I called to give them the job it took forever to get a response .Once I did get a response they claimed to have no record of the quote and had to re quote . The new price was almost $900 higher . They said that unless I had something in writing proving the old quote that the new price was what it was . When I asked why I didn't get a written quote in the first place then they said oh we don't do that unless you specifically request it .I wonder how many people get taken advantage of this way ? They get a verbal quote and then say do it and then after its done the bill is much higher than the verbal quote and they just say well you don't have it in writing so pay up .

These folks are top notch! Had them come out and give me a quote and they came in below most other providers.There was a bit of a wait for the excavation and subsequent paving, but we booked a bit late in the season so that’s on us. Regardless, it was well worth the wait.The guys showed up and had our driveway done within about 2hrs. A couple guys stayed behind to sort out a low spot and ensure that it drained properly into a swale I had them make at the entrance to our garage.I’ve had neighbours come by and say how nice of a job they did, one even asked for their contact because another company in town charged him double what I paid.Highly recommend these folks!

A friend of mine referred me to Davies Paving to have my driveway done. I still got a few other quotes, just in case. Davies was the cheapest of them all. I'm very glad I chose them and I am so happy with my driveway :)

Got a quote from this company and it took a very long time to get a call back from them to accept the job. They said the job would be done in approximately 4 weeks if there were no delays with locates- 6 weeks in and still no locates- they gave me the run around saying it was busy season and sometimes it can take awhile- I then called onecall" to see what was taking so long and they confirmed that the locates had only been requested the week prior!!! Fantastic job, customer service was great, very professional and a really good price. Weather caused delays and scheduling problems. They worked with us to meet a deadline for a birthday party.On paving day, the crew helped us move a pile of dirt which was not thier job, they did it just to help out.I highly recommend Davies paving. You will not regret it.
