The birthday basket it was very good but the same day delivery was not arranged. Instead it was done as a standard delivery and even then it was not sent to the address but rather re-arranged as a pickup delivery.

Please please please order from this company. They are truly amazing and the products are so good. Sent one to Barrie for my sisters birthday and she said the products were amazing and they smelt so beautiful. Delivery was as promised, quick and shipped on the date requested and got it also. Love this company do not hesitate to order from them.

Tried to place my order through a real person at the store, to have my basket customized but before I could put a word in, I was cut off right away by a lady with a very dry place your order online". I ordered this basket for a former coworker because she is retiring. She was very pleased and surprised to receive it. Thank you for putting together such a lovely basket. 5 stars service ***** I made an error on a Friday evening order in the recipient address, and I was desperate that the sympathy basket will not be delivered to the right place. I sent an email asking for help and within seven minutes someone answered and assured me that, the correction has been made, and the basket was delivered to the right place the next day, with no delays. I was very touched. Thank you for your outstanding service!!
