Do not pierce your ears here! They will promise you a smooth experience and mess up your ears completely. I bought the most expensive earrings just to ensure that there would be no issues, but was still unable to remove them. I had to go to the doctor where I was told the earring backs that were sold to me were faulty. So I paid upwards of $140 for faulty earrings and when I went to the store, they were of no help to me. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I’m not really good at shopping for others came into the store to get my girlfriend a gift for her birthday and instantly felt welcomed was helped by Taylor absolutely sweet and helpful. She helped me get the perfect gifts. My girlfriend loved her presents will definitely be coming back and shopping at Claire’s again.

Unbelievable horrible experience, worker hiding behind counter merchandise in the hallway for anyone to take. The door was “closed” but wasn’t locked, anyone could have walked in and taken anything. The store had product and pieces of shelf all over the floor what a mess! When we told the worker our appointment time after opening the door and yelling for someone she seemed to have no clue what was going on! When we asked if she had ever done an ear piercing before she hesitated for 5 minutes and then stuttered while saying uhhh yea while rolling her eyes! I will be taking my business elsewhere and will NOT trust them to put any holes in my body.

Best service i've ever received :) Taylor with the pretty pink hair is an amazing worker who honestly has a high tolerance for stuff haha. I just kept asking her questions and whatnot and she was there with a smile and being very helpful with anything i asked. A very kind person and pleasant to talk to. Claire's is now my favorite store to visit whenever i stop by the mall haha

Brought two young girls to get their ears pierced and the staff was very informative and great with the kids. She was there solo and stayed so calm anytime she had to shift gears to the register.

Would give it 0 stars if I could 2 days now the lights are on and the young girl was hiding ducked behind the desk, I know because this time I opened the unlocked door, there was product in the hall way. The girl working wouldn't answer the phone not even for head office when I called them to complain. Will not be spending my hard earned money there
