Dr Dhillon is emphatic, caring and understanding. More importantly she has an innate skill of being able to relate with her patients.

Clean environment. Last cleaner was a temp that left lots of gunk between two adjoining teeth and I couldn't floss. On return was told sorry make an appointment for the DDS. No consideration for my discomfort. Fortunately an assistant Leayna F took me in and cleaned out the junk. Later, for a filling too much lidocaine and my tongue and lips are still a week later chapped and swollen from the DDS hands pressing on my lips as she worked. Successful but brutal.I was told that someone would call me routinely for a review but...nada up to 6-05-23.Que lastima! Sad hugs ISH ❤️

Very professional establishment. Manager Khadijah was very polite. The dentist was very efficient and gave me a lot of information while cleaning my teeth.Overall great experience

Great customer service from scheduling the meeting to walking into the dental practice. I had a great cleaning and was provided with a lot of tips and recommendations on how to continue taking care of my smile.

Spoke to the office manager, Khadijah, her and her team are amazing. Made me feel comfortable and I enjoyed my visit. They were super friendly.

I love this dental office. The front desk staff are super kind and welcoming. Their manager is sooo accommodating and does an amazing job at keeping me calm and collected. Such a warm atmosphere! The dentist as well are so precessional yet personable. Truly a gem!

I absolutely love this Dental office. I have been a client for about 10+ years.Staff are friendly and helpful. Service is excellent. No waiting time for your appointment. They offer pre advance notification to remind you of your upcoming appointment.

The dentists and the specialists are ok.They are professional and their service is something that I respect and appreciate.The low rating isn't for them. They get 5 stars every time and everyday.The low rating is to describe my experience with their receptionist team.I came in on 5/4/23 and I was told by the specialist there that I should get a referral to a surgeon and that I should get a referral for a 3D x-ray technician.I got the surgeon referral but the 3D x-ray referral is another story entirely.I was told by the receptionist there that id be given that info via a phone call later on 5/4. 5/4 came and went without a call.5/5 same story. I emailed the clinic and I have not heard a reply.On 5/6, I went to the clinic directly and I was told by the same receptionist (same one who lied to me on 5/4) that they would give me the requested info about the 3D x-ray referral later on that day (on 5/6). Needless to say, it was another lie. 5/6 came and went without a call or an email or a text message about any referral.On 5/8, I called the clinic at around 930 am and the same receptionist (from 5/4) answered the phone and said hi we are aware that you are waiting for the referral and that you came in on Saturday but we just opened only 30 mins ago so give us some time and we'll call you back" .Needless to say

Staff is always friendly and goes out of their way to make your experience as pleasant as possible. Been going here for years. Even though I moved to Mississauga I still drive all the way here!
