The manager is inconsistent with prices and services. Went in for regular nail polish on kids nails, and they put on shellac without even asking parent!? Manager charged full mani pedi prices and feet didn’t even touch water!! Instead of owning up - she blames it on the employee “doesn’t speak English”.So disappointed in how business is conducted, customer service is everything in any business! Good luck to anyone who walks in here.

Glad to say I found a regular salon! :) I've tried several in the area and none of them compare to this one. The service is so friendly, they always seem happy to see you and treat their regulars like family. Will come back often.

If I lived in St. Catharines, I would come to Le Nails every time!Was visiting my friend in the city and needed to get my nails redone - everyone was so sweet and welcoming, with a smile on their faces!A very peaceful atmosphere and excellent service as well. Definitely recommend 10/10. I got plain gel nails and I’m very happy with them, but I’m sure they do intricate designs well too if anyone is interested.

Le always does my nails beautifully! If there’s anything u want adjusted or fixed she will do it. They always provide such a nice experience and my group & I felt welcomed since the first time we got our nails done there a year ago. We can’t wait to come back!

Never had a better experience getting my nails done. Have very short nails that often get bruised and hurt by acrylics, but the person who did it for me here did an amazing job and spent so much time perfecting my nails! All of this for a very good price too. Will be coming back and cannot wait to get my nails done again!

it is relatively clean and affordable here. sometimes staff are a bit rough with your nails. there are longer waits when it’s busy or understaffed, which is understandable

Everything about my experience at the store was phenomenal ! the lady was communicative and letting me know if I like the nails. I liked that they gave me a bunch of new pallets to look through. Everything just seemed organized and my nails was was done properly . Im giving it a four star because it is a little bit pricey.. my acrylic nails with extremely short, and nearly 70 is ridiculous.

I have been coming here for a few yearsnow. First I had Amy do my nails. Amy has gone back to school now I have le. I just go in and tell her you are the artist and my nails are your canvas and have never been disappointed..
