The doctors themselves are great. Very professional, compassionate and helpful. The receptionists however is extremely ableist and as a deaf person who struggles with phones it's incredibly upsetting when they call and instead of sending an email as requested they dismiss me and say Is there someone else in the house I can speak with?" and continue to talk as though it hasn't been made clear that I can't understand what they're saying on the phone at all.They don't even bother to use their video conferencing service either and instead choose to just call every time."

Fast to book a phone appointment. They have the option to book online or even call their reception to book a phone appointment with the doctor. Doctor was precise and thorough with their tests. If you miss the phone appointment by a few mins you can call their clinic right back.

Most phone / online appointments are cancelled or the Dr. just doesn't call you. Receptionists are quite rude and not helpful. Definitely look for another Family clinic, avoid this one at all costs!

A walk in clinic that doesn't see walk ins, only treats patients over the phone? Thats like going to see your physio and them saying I don't come into the office anymore I will tell you how to stretch over the phone because....covid? But wait no physiotherapists continued to see patients in person despite the pandemic. hmmmmm.

I see Dr. Bushra as my GP and I feel very grateful for her. She’s always been so kind to me and investigative when I have had health concerns. She’s been so quick to respond and offer to help me find specialists to take care of things. She’s made me feel like I can ask her anything and she takes care of me.When I came to her with some general health concerns she ran an entire panel that was very in depth. Anyone I talked to was impressed in the level of care she’s taken with me. I feel very lucky.Also major compliments to the ladies in the office in particular Aman has been very helpful. Thanks ladies!!!!

The wait time to get through a receptionist was over an hour and half. That was unacceptable. That is the first time I have to wait so long to call a medical clinic. I went to the clinic right after phone call, the receptionist was not very helpful. I told them that I have quite few medical issue and need a family doctor urgently. The receptionist told me that I can go to walk in clinic. Later on I found out they are walk in clinic from an existing patient.

Dr. Mahmood is by far the most caring and compassionate Dr. I have had the luck of receiving care from, since my last Dr retired in 2010.He listens and promptly gets to the route of the issue, and in my case may just have saved my life with his concern, determination and speedy work.I am also grateful for his kindness and care of my maintenance regarding my disability and doesn't make me feel like a number or that it's all in my head.His staff are very kind and professional as well.I am thankful to have them as my care providers.

Absolute garbage of a clinic . No help whatsoever . Turning away a patient on the verge of a nervous breakdown. How do you know they’re not suicidal? Wouldn’t even talk to the person . Trash doctors. DO NOT go if you value your health

DO NOT GO HERE! You’ve been warned! I’ve been a “patient” of this clinic since they opened. I say the word Patient lightly as I have not been in often as every experience has been less than satisfying.I stopped making appnts Dr. Bushra a few years ago when she made rude and inappropriate remarks about my weight while I was having a pap done. This created a lot of trauma around seeing a doctor.Today I needed an emergency doctors consult, for an issue that requires an actual in person visit, but they only booktelehealth appnts. I sat in my car at work for 1 hour past my appnt time. I took an hour of unpaid time from work that was wasted by Dr. Bushra. She never showed up, and I didn’t get any kind of call or email follow up! The only reason I still list her as my doctor or try to make any appointments is because finding a doctor these days in impossible! Let alone a female doctor!But at this point, I give up and I’m done with this clinic!Now I have to call around, find a walk-in doctor to actually see me and hope I don’t end up in the hospital for something I SHOULD HAVE been able to see my doctor for!

My family have been going to this clinic for 4 years now. They run a clean clinic, the staff is friendly face to face or over the phone even if there's some language barrier at times and the doctors don't rush. I have referred my co-workers years ago and they themselves are still going there. *Two thumbs*
