Came here for dinner with my sister and her husband. We were all really happy and satisfied. Excellent food, top notch service, reasonable price. Will go back.

Tried this restaurant for the first time with a group of friends and was generally pleased with the cuisine options, the taste of our food and how the atmosphere was calm and not crowded at all at the time we were there on the weekend( after 7pm)Our waitress was what kind of ruined it for a few of us that night. Not only was she rude to us, but did not seem to really know or be able to give details about the differences between two similar meals with different sides ? And gave attitude to my friend when she asked for not burn toasts. I also ordered the duck confit salad. Emphasizing on the duck confit part to not even get ANY duck in it! It was all the mixed greens" for a high price. The title in the menu even said it was duck in salad but when I inquired about this all she could say was that it was just called that. Umn ok....you didn't mention this before when I ordered this?! Or was it a mix up of translation...Otherwise i would have picked something with meat substance. The rest of the meals were small portioned

Save your time and money and go eat somewhere else. The wait staff are incredibly rude, and the food is simply mediocre.Should have known better, as the restaurant was nearly empty.

Very slow service with missed drinks order being taken and some boy brought to the table even when ordered. There was a slip of paper showing lower prices for some dishes but when the bills were prepared they charged up to 40% more. Not relating to any price shown on either menu. For example confit if duck was shown at 21.95 which 4 of us ordered and then we were each charged 34. Leek soup was shown as 8 and charged at 11.When the confit came it was very tough on the outside and raw inside. Confit is cooked for a long time and usually falls off the bone. Not in these 4 cases. When I sent one back nothing else was offered in its place and when I asked what was happening with my meal, it can back a few minutes later with them saying it had been cooked more. Confit requires long cooking so this didn’t make sense and I did not eat it. I asked them to remove the bone and meat on it and and then ate the vegetablesWhen we got the bills they had overcharged us for soups and confit of duck. The older lady who was serving came to talk ( and shout ) at us when we queried the bills and the charge for meat that was raw and could not be eaten. She repeatedly said that we didn’t want to pay and would walk away. Then she would come back and shout at us again. We offered to pay the price for the soup that was on the paper menu and half the price of 21.95 of the duck as we had only eaten the vegetable. 11 for vegetables seemed more than reasonableThe older lady called the police and after about 20 minutes they arrived. In the meantime we had offered cash for the soup and vegetables and they refused to take it.The police asked us to pay the bills, including for raw confit and that we would have to claim the excess charge from the authorities. Likewise another authority for the overcharging of the dishes compared to their prices on the given on the menu.Unbelievably bad service. It seems wrong to even call it service. These people should not be in the service industry.

I have to say that this was an outstanding experience. From the moment we walked into the restaurant, where we were greeted by both waiters, to the last second in there, where we discussed the pictures of the pigs, we knew that not only were we at a fine restaurant but also that we were guests not just customers. I started with the mussels in a garlic and ginger sauce as my appetizer and then went on to veal medallions with linguine and a perfect beef and mushroom sauce. For desert, the waiter recommended a meringue and ice cream cake that was out of this world. Wine recommendations were perfect and the background music was enjoyable and not overly loud. All in all this restaurant was truly enjoyable and well worth the trip.

PSA: absolutely revolting. Ordered the rabbit as an appetizer, it was literally cold spam with a half centimetre layer of fat surrounding it. The mussels are in chicken soup broth with onions thrown in for flavour.Main course, ordered the veal medallions which were so raw that they were cold and still tasted like the inside of a refrigerator, and came with noodles with no sauce or seasoning topped with raw grated celery. Also ordered the rack of lamb, it was raw, and looked like they flattened it with a mallet, with a thick crust of soggy breadcrumbs because it was drenched in melted garlic butter. Came with mashed potatoes that was plated and stuck under a heater lamp for enough time that the outside was crusted over. There was also completely uncooked frozen vegetables alongside.Skipped dessert. This place should be shut down.

This used to be a decent restaurant years ago but everything about it now is faded. From the unoriginal menu to the sad décor. The food is average at best and the service is inept. I would not recommend this place if you want an authentic French meal. I think it's on its last leg.

Poor service, I do not recommend.Take your money and use it elsewhere.Lack of finesse, waiters aren’t qualified and kept bothering us the whole night.Food was brought to us and dropped off the plates when given.

The food is definitely good and refined. However if you’re expecting to find any pork in the menu, be informed: there is none. I’ve been to Au Pied de Cochon in Paris and Montreal, and based on this restaurant’s name I thought the menu would serve a variety of pork dishes, but… it doesn’t.
