I ordered a couch from JC Perreault who used this company for their delivery. My delivery time was scheduled from 14h30 - 17h30. I spoke with the driver 3 times during the course of the day who kept telling me that i was next and that he was on his way. At 20h30 the driver called me for a last time saying that he was not coming to deliver my couch in the end and that my delivery was rescheduled. Meanwhile i waited at home expecting a delivery that i was told was on its way only to have it rescheduled 3 days later.I would never ever use this company for personal delivery, they are clearly incompetent and unreliable.

I had a long-distance move, and they were just PERFECT!!! Long-distance moves are very stressful. The guys were helpful, funny, fast, careful .. in one word very professional!! I would NOT hesitate on recommending them.
