Maysfield Appliance Store and Repair

We are absolutely happy with the appliances (washer and dryer) and service recieved from the Mayfield Appliance team. After a short while we had run into some concerning challenges with our appliances. We phoned and we able to get our units fixed and running like brand new. Our warranty was honoured and the repair gentleman worked with our busy work schedule and were determined to not leave us until we were 100% satisfied. The pride and value that they invest into their appliances also shows in the quality of their work.

Excellent service. My fridge died and I requested someone to come take a look. I then bought a refurbished fridge and had it delivered. All communication was clear and they were punctual within their time windows, and everyone showed up with masks and were willing to swap to high-quality ones I provided.The person who came to examine my old fridge gave an excellent explanation for the issue and gave clear next steps. When buying the fridge, the staff member answered my questions and double-checked the condition of the fridge I wanted. The delivery people were careful in my home and set up the new fridge quickly.I would recommend this business to others.

A good place to go if you are looking for parts or appliances. I was looking for a burner element which is discontinued and I was able to find a match part here. Unfortunately, I cannot connect it to my model and they try to provide some solutions, but I decide just go with my stove until it totally unusable. Strongly recommend here for people who looking parts or appliances.

Andrew at mayfield appliances is extremely personable, intelligent and helpful. Came in for trouble shooting my top load washing machine. Told him the problem and he helped out with a part that was much cheaper than the one other parts dealers.The deals at the store are awesome too!You can tell this place is there for the customer and for returning service.100% will be going there for any future service, parts and appliances. He also mentioned the deliver fees are done in such a way that you’re doing laundry when his guys leave. Not just dumping it at your step.

We have been going to Mayfield Appliances for many years and have always been very happy with the quality service, prompt and fair prices and helpful solutions. Live in Victoria now but have a rental there and am always grateful we know who to call for our appliance needs!

Great service and good quality appliances. Our washer and dryer set died, so we went here and got a lightly used set for a very reasonable price! Had a little issue with the washer (not their fault) and they came and put it right within a few days. Great service good prices and nice people to boot!

I called them about my washer drain issues. The gentleman on the phone got to the point, he was straight forward, honest and clear. Told me what I could do from home, the costs if I were to call a tech if that didn’t work. He was right! Fixed the issue on my own and he was patient and nice about it. Had a fridge and a freezer that I purchased for decent price. Opted for delivery...$120 and they came late, very late. Felt if I didn't call them the delivery may not have come.

Last week after checking the reviews for Maysfield, I decided to just check out what appliances were available & wound up buying exactly what I was looking for: black glass top stove & washer dryer set. Staff were very helpful & accommodating & prices were very reasonable & in my price range. Today the appliances were delivered in the time period I was quoted by two very efficient, friendly & helpful young men. They quickly removed my old stove, set up the new one & then installed the washer & dryer. We had a slight problem with unhooking the old washer but they dealt with that & completed the installation. Overall I am very impressed with Maysfield Appliance & Repair & their staff & have no problem recommending them.

Needed a fridge fast and at a decent price as ours broke down. Went to Maysfield and Andrew was fantastic. Found a great gently used top notch fridge at a great price. Andrew was great, put it on hold while we checked measurements and helped us load it when we picked it up! Great place if you want a great price and fun service!
