Went in to pickup our ‘cleaned’ duvet - it was just lying on the dirty shop floor - unbagged .As an added bonus, the lady that works there is very rudeI suggest you use one of the other dry cleaners in Hythe.

I’m sure they’ll say it’s the customers fault for not checking what the charge is; but honestly a small bag of laundry costed 16 pounds for same day collection? This was for general laundry and I had as specifically told we were charged per item.Ripping off tourists like no tomorrow. As my local friend has expressed, can only look at it as helping the local economy in view of the impending Brexit.
