Microsoft is where People who want to make lots of money work, once theyve played computer games for long enough. They take minerals from mines around the world. from places like Africa, and slap them into cheap plastic apparatuses based on the typewriter but much more complex. The typewriter does the exact same thing as a modern computer but slower. It can send messages around the world to share information. The computer can be very frustrating to work with. Much of them are engineered to be distracting and frustrating to hurt our economy, and if not it just must be the people who made them struggle but do the best they can. The computer goes into the landfill soon after construction and intended or unintended attack on users mental health.

It is impossible to fix the problem I’m having online. I can’t get any help and I can’t work as a result. Zero support from Microsoft. I have already lost 2 days of work. Now my account is now suspended. Terrible company. The worst. I’ve been a customer for decades. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

If Microsoft keeps threatening users for “storage full “ nonsense saying that I will stop receiving emails and I won’t be able to send emails, I promise you Microsoft, I will and my whole family will switch to Apple or Google and will ask my community to boycott using your products.I’m not finding your CHATGPT great, so don’t think you can bully users using that, it’s not helping….REMEMBER MICROSOFT-You have made us pay unnecessarily for your failure projects such as SURFACE 2 computers that were made environmentally unfriendly by making them unrepairable.It did cost parents money to replace these, forget the loss of data and frustration of my kids with added anxiety of your product failure.So marketing team , come to your senses and behave or YOU will be paying this price! Very ungrateful behaviour of Microsoft!

Purchased a Surface Laptop 4 six to seven months ago and it will not power on. Thought purchasing such a brand at that price would result in a good quality product but I guess not. Very difficult getting anyone live - its all automated re support and not helpful at all. Finally figured out the return, they took over 2K out of my account as a 'hold' until the defective device is received. Got confirmation that it was received, they credited me back the money and on the same day took the money out of my account again. I'm told they will correct in a few days. So much easier buying a different product where they put more care into the customer experience.

Bought a surface laptop few months ago, so many issues after updating, laptop is no longer usable, customer service is very unhelpful, rude and unprofessional they just drop the call or keep yung hanging if they have a hard time fixing your issues

Business meeting. This place is very new and has a great layout for workspace. Lots of rooms for collaboration and the views are incredible. If you have the chance to go, definitely take it.

System down since June 20th. Windows Activation error. Can't change any system devices. Can't use the system as I need to. I'll be downtown on July 4th to pick up a new copy of windows 11 pro. Have it ready or I set up shop in your reception. We can trouble shoot from suite 4400. See you Tuesday! :))
