Inside and out, the store is extremely dated and dark.Every time we visit this store, the staff is unhelpful, the store is filthy, and the employees just chat in their native tongue. Additionally, there is never spicy chicken in this establishment. We will never return to this store due to the appalling customer service. I vouch.

The drive through has been cash only for several weeks. They have a paper note taped to the first sign 30 feet into the lane saying cash only. When you dive into the lane, you must back out or become trapped by somone behind and you will be forced to wait with zero chance of getting service. Its been several weeks and the note remains. Is this a permanent way of doing business now? The customer service has always been very poor at this location so I am not surprised. There is another chicken place in Rutland now and its locally owned with good customer service no drive through so I will just go there instead.

STOP GOING HERE! This location is awful! Have had several bad experiences in the past but never bothered reporting it but I've had enough so here's my review. Went in for the Tuesday Special. Server says we're not offering that for 6 weeks?? No other explanation (afterwards I phoned another location and they confirmed all locations should be offering the special). We then looked and found an on-line coupon so used one for $12.99. Offer was for our area and expired April 30th. Show the server, she rings it in and we pay for the order. Looked at the receipt and notice they over charged us by $6.00. We asked about it and server says the offer is wrong and not updated?? What?? How can a current offer with a specific expiry date be wrong? The server insisted it was wrong, would not honor the price and said there was nothing she could do. So how may other people have over paid and wasn't aware of it?? How much extra money have they taken from their customers?? These people are scamming their customers. Totally rude people. Don't care about their customers. Beyond poor customer service. Chicken was soggy, fries were cold. The place is dirty, should be torn down and all the staff should be fired. We've been here several times over the years and there was always an issue with something and we put up with it. This time we've had enough and now we're never going back. Plenty of other places to spend your hard earned money on.

The food and service are so inconsistent that it's bizarre. KFC, like any other chain, should have the same flavor, presentation, and quality, but this location?Its like they don't care and have stopped trying. Like they're making food, just not KFC food.The boxes of chicken are swimming in grease, and the chicken is overcooked to the point of being mushy or just flat out tastes weird. And why do the staff always look so miserable?? It's honestly worth the drive to the Mission to get somewhat decent food. I know it's junk food but it should still be palatable

I placed an online order which ended up up being around $50+. Upon arrival the location was somewhat busy (6pm on a Friday).Upon arrival there was a gentlemen in the online order pickup lane who was patiently waiting for his order. A few ladies began chatting with him asking where he was from due to his english accent and everyone waiting was in pretty good spirits. I overheard him saying he was waiting 35 minutes for his meal, meanwhile several other people were served. I believe the employees may have had an issue understanding him because of his heavy accent.Upon finally getting his order he asked for ketchup which the cashier didn't get, but had him wait. The customer told the cashier that the service was unnacceptable and cursed (can't blame him at that point), the cashier however, immediately lost his tempter and start swearing at the customer.Myself and several other customers were in shock (several eldery folk and children were standing there) i had to step in and tell the cashier that his conduct was completely unacceptable, he argued with me and then went on to basically ignore me, instead of getting my order. Luckily someone in the back understood what was going on and came out to grab me my order. I tried to ask to speak with the manager but was ignored so I decided I'd leave and call the store later.After getting home I discovered half of my order was missing, and the bucket of chicken I ordered was not hot and spicy, just bland, extremely dry extra crispy.I decided to call the store and speak with the manager, no answer, the phone just rings forever.I have had issues with this location before that I can overlook (missing side, missing dips, missing gravy etc), mistakes happen, i get it. I guess this time it was my bad for not checking the bag before leaving. But this wasn't a regular experience, this was completely bizarre and appalling.TLDR:-Employees swearing at a fellow customer for complaining about waiting for his food.-4 items from my $50+ dollar meal are missing, and the hot and spicy bucket was just regular extra crispy.-Can't even get through to the store via phone.

Stopped by the Rutland location after work and ordered the 3pce combo which comes with a drink.When i asked for a cup for my drink i was completely ignored and a few minutes later my order was ready and upon checking i got three little sad pieces of chicken and a dozen fries.Complete waste of $14,would be nice if they spoke english!

Only took cash at the drive through and probably the worst tasting food from any kfc I've been at. Chicken strip are so dry and gross and the popcorn chicken was soggy somehow. Would not recommend

Excellent service. Everything that we get is so fresh. The guy at the window was so helpful telling me that I can order 10 minutes before so that I'm not waiting so long when I get there. Very friendly and helpful.

We had the best Sikh brother serve us the best chicken in the last two years. Last visit was to Mission in Kelowna and we vowed we would never order again. On a busy day ……this was the best chicken ever!

The food is so gross.. the chicken looks couple of hours old and the fries is not even close to warm(not hot). The place is very dirty as tables were not even wiped and the crews were all just inside not bothering to clean. Although the cashier is very nice and helpful which could be trained properly with enough guidance, this place could improve. Not being racist but I think they should open their hiring to other people to improve the condition of the restaurant or be forever like this. No doubt, no one is eating here..It saddens me coz I love KFC and I couldn’t help but notice how this branch would end up closing because of poor management.
