Washworld at 72nd and 132 was horrible . The vacuums don't have very much suction and one of them just took my money and didn't work at all. The carwash bay i went to all so took my money and didn't work either.

It was great experience. I tried touch less Washing. If your car is not that dirty then definitely try touch less washing. It is only 18 including tax.

WASTED $2 at stall 9Read some previous reviews about the machines eating peoples money. Happened to me as well. No attendant on site after 6pm so I had no one to ask for help.Soap was also very weak. Lots of soap suds but weak concentration of soap. Doesn’t lift off dirt like other coin washes.$2.00 minimum purchase only for 1:30min wash?Disappointing first experience and will not come back to this location.

I was at this location just today( Sunday around 10am). I put $2 coins 3 times into the machine and machine didn't work. I asked the unhelpful and rude staff member to help me. Here is the interesting part- when he opened the machine at bay 2, $2 coin wire was disconnected. I WONDER IF IT HAPPENED BY CHANCE OR STAFF IS STEALING FROM PEOPLE. I REQ WASH WORLD TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE ISSUE. PEOPLE HAVE HAD SIMILAR ISSUES BEFORE AS WELL.

I’m not sure what has happened recently, I’ve gotten two car washed and in both my car litreally wasn’t clean even after the “wash” I’ve been going here with my dad forever and I started going when I got a car but I don’t think I will be. Car was very wet and dirty even after the wash!

The machines here have a really bad habit of eating coins and giving nothing in return, The phone number doesn't work, but at least the staff were receptive... when you could actually get a hold of them.

I would give this place 0 stars, please don’t waste your time coming here, this place rips you off. Whoever is in charge or manages this place needs to be replaced because clearly they don’t value the quality of the machines and the satisfaction of customers. I paid $5 in total yet it did not take the coins. I wasted my time and coins by thinking this was a fairly decent place. This is the biggest rip off and joke of a business you can ever go to. If you go here, I suggest you bring $20 in coins and hopefully you’ll be able to use their vacuums once for $3. What a joke.

I wanted to do a quick vacuum, before coming home from Costco. I see this one all the time when I drive by it. And today was my first time actually coming here. $3 to vacuum for 5 minutes . Lucky I have a small car so,I was able to get everything vacuumed before the time ran out. Make sure you have everything taken out of your car before vacuuming so you're not wasting any time. Next time I am going to try the car wash!
