Bell Mobility

I have never had bell mobility prepaid. Stay far far away. I paid for my plan have always had every other provider $15 always has been unlimited incoming only to find out it 100 incoming and outgoing. I decided cause had no minutes would change my plan today so topped up and was asked of wanted to change now. Said yes only to find out next day when full amount was gone for the plan they only took enough to get me to my renewal date leaving me with not enough to renew. Bell prepaid is a money grab their online chat is pretty much a joke. They have siphoned my money from me it should as said change now should be for a month. All bell wants is your money and nothing else giving you very little in return. If you are tight on money with the costs gone up stay far away. They want as much money as they can get and you don't get much in return. Only good thing I can say is they don't make you pay for an esim lucky mobile which is part of bell says you can't port your number to them. Same company it's a joke they have you hostage to them.
