Dr. Sivakumar has been our family doctor for 5 years now. She is a very professional and caring doctor. She is a really kind and helpful doctor . She works with her patients until she finds the issue. She always checks back with her patients. We are really lucky to have her as our family doctor. The receptionists are also really helpful and friendly they have great customer service. I would recommend her if anyone is looking for a family doctor.

I would highly recommend Dr. Prabavathi Sivakumar, as she is an amazing, compassionate and knowledgeable physician. She is happy to explain all my doubts, and so kind in checking all the previous blood works or scan reports while diagnosing and during routine checkups. Clinic staff are also doing fantastic job, in making appointments and in responding my calls.

I used to see Dr Siva but found her unhelpful and rude so I found a new family doctor who I am much happier with. Well, recently I was injured and my work required me to get a doctor to fill out a 1 page form that assessed my range of motion and any limitations I would need to heal. My new doctor is booked 2 weeks in advance, so I went back to the walk in clinic that I used to go to. As soon as Dr Siva found out that I have been seeing a different doctor, she refused to see me. I explained that I would not be able to work until I have the form filled out and that I couldn't wait for my new doctor to see me, but she didn't care, just blatantly refused me service. Told me to get out. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional.

The receptionists are very easy to talk to especially if you need to book an appointment. You can walk in and ask if there’s walk in available which there usually is. Ofcourse, it’s a first come, first serve basis which is very normal. The doctor can give you information pretty quickly.

Went for a medical check up here. To visit a doctor named Prabha Sivakumar, let me say this has to be the worst experience from a doctor in a while. Made me wait almost 2-3 hours because I went for a walk-in. Lady had this attitude, not professional way. Front desk lady had no communication with the doctor made me wait and couldn’t even meet the doctor. Would not recommend to anyone or will never go back.
