Avoid 4-7PMThe service has been taking a nosedive. I realize staffing shortages are a problem, but 2 hours to get served a cold hamburger is pretty unacceptable. The Balmer is very inconsistent in their service, and it unfortunately has soured my appetite.

Restaurant food ok. Service is friendly and good. Up charge for sweet potato fries in stead of French fries 4.95 plus tax. NOT GOOD. Like wow!

Worst service that I've ever seen in my life. It's truly amazing how they just don't care. I have never seen this kind of service or lack of. You literally have to chase down the waitress to get your breakfast It's crazy. The women serving breakfast needs to retire asap !

Very nice place! Nice clean rooms, I liked the channel list (both on TV and the preview on paper).The restaurant is awesome! Nice location with a lot of space (I managed to park my tractor trailer there without blocking anyone).

this hotel is a great stop . wonderful staff and in the town as this spot is a hot spot for food . this pub/ restaurant has great food with large portions . if ever in the area you should stop in .
