Terrible would be a huge understatement when describing dr" Dostrovski I have serious doubts this guy got his credentials from a real establishment. He needs to be looked Into by the medical board to say the least."

Lisa at reception is always pleasant on the phone and she was nice in person, too.I just went to see Dr Potashner, after a 2017 diagnosis of you have Fibromyalgia". In other words

Dr. Dostrovsky was vague, claimed there was nothing wrong with me, but also claimed I tested positive for a rare autoimmune disease. Immediately threw a bunch of medicine and procedures at me without telling me anything about what was going on. He told me to call his office back if I saw worsening symptoms. I did, and his receptionist answered and was unbelievably rude to me. She was rude upon entry and is extremely unpleasant to speak to. Do not recommend.

I had my appointment with Dr Potashner today. I have pain on my hands and feet and my family doctor referred me to Dr Potashner. Because of the pain and its effect on my life, I was very worried, but he answered all my questions thoroughly. He was very professional, knowledgeable and caring with a nice sense of humour which made me comfortable. He even gave me advice on my upcoming foot surgery and the surgeon. He was really helpful and reassuring. I feel much better now. He is one of the best doctors I have ever seen.

The front receptionist is so incredibly rude. They are not understanding or accommodating to any of your needs. When I tried to reschedule my mom’s appointment, they said the next available appointment is 5 months away and said they have people from China waiting to see him and I should be grateful I’m even allowed to get another appointment ! Stay away, the service is so garbage and just dealing with people like this will ruin your day!

It was my first time visiting Dr.Potashner, and I did read reviews before I visited the clinic, however, I wanted to make my own clean slate of impressions and I highly recommend this clinic!! Dr. Potashner was attentive, and took the time to ask key health questions and analyze my symptoms and recommend the appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan. He smiled and chuckled with laughter. He's an absolute pleasure, I guess just catch him on a good day.Lisa is awesome at booking, and my appointment was seen in an appropriate timely manner.

Took my 95 year old mother to discuss her hip and shoulder. Prior to this visit, my mom’s doctor had sent her for an ultrasound. Dr Potashner was rude and shouting at me throughout the entire visit. Claimed that he knew more than the ultrasound, Accoding to Dr Potashner, the x-ray was irrelevant. Dr Potashner also told us that our doctor didn’t know anything that she was talking about and should not of sent her for an x-ray to begin with. Dr Potashner said my mother’s hip was gone and there was nothing he could do since it didn’t exist. Had an interventional radiologist read the report and the radiologist sent me a text during our visit which I read to Dr Potashner. His yelling then subsided.. HIS BEHAVIOUR WAS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND HE SHOULD BE REPORTED FYI: I recorded on my phone part of his conversation because I couldn’t believe how rude he was being.

Dr Shamis and the staff are nothing but kind and professional. The service I have received has been incredible. Such great follow up. I would highly recommend Dr Shamis and his staff to anyone looking for a rheumatologist

The secretary for Dr. Potashner is a horrible human being. She called and yelled at my elderly, depressed mom and made her cry. I came home to find her with her blood pressure through the roof. She does not understand her job and the damage she can cause to sick patients with her rude demeanor and horrible manners. I'm seeing so many complaints about this clinic, why can't someone do something about these people?

Love this man! He has been my rheumatologist for over 13 years. He is a straight shooter and doesn't sugar coat reality. Dr. Potashner will go the distance for his patients as long as you are willing to help yourself get better.Naima Cothran
