This location was ideal for my insurance needs. Jack and Gabe were excellent to deal with in the past, Great guys very professional. But twice in the last 15 months I experienced two absolute nightmares with other staff and now i'm faced with the fact that i have to do business elsewhere. I won't bother the public with the details but i'm hopeful the manager calls me back to hear the details and my constructive criticism.

I have been harassed several times via phone calls from someone called Gabe at this location. I am attempting to transfer ownership of my deceased mothers car while being out of province and I have my aunt assisting me in BC and she went to this location for the paperwork. I was sent via email a document to sign digitally. Unfortunately in under 24 hours I have been harassed multiple times from this employee Gabe at this location threatening to continue to keep calling me until I sign this document. After receiving 3 calls within a couple hours time span yesterday while I was at work I asked my Aunt to request these calls to stop as I am at work and can not do anything with this paperwork until I have to chance to read it over before I sign it. Instead of having these multiple calls and harassing voice mail messages stop as I was busy with work, I was left another one by Gabe last night saying if I have not signed the paperwork he will be calling me in the morning. This in unacceptable, unprofessional and harassing behaviour to be called multiple times in a day. Being extremely busy at work I have not had time to review legal documents to sign but I continue to be harassed and intimidated in this fashion. In total so far I have been sent 4 emails and had 6 calls in under a day and continue to have condescending rude voice mail threats left to me that the calls will not stop until the document is signed

They didnt tell me the insurance would be coming out the next day, all she told me was that my other payment would be taken out a day later. Annoyed now that got me an NSF because i barely use that account and didnt think to put money into it so many days in advance. .. thanks a lot.

I have to say that Nikki Portman did an exceptional job today. You don't always have to go above and beyond....just be real and understand your customer. And be human.I have always been with Hub because of their friendly, on the ball employees. I hope management recognizes the quality employees they have. We rely on these people every day. Thanks.

Lots of staff to serve you when you go in you don't have to wait. The staffs helpful and friendly. You're in and out the door in no time.

Had a very pleasant and informative experience at HUB international today renewing our car insurance. Jack was incredibly insightful and passionate about his work and the next time I happen to have any insurance needs in Kamloops I will surely return.

Excellent customer service!! Adrian took good care of me when I needed to insure my JDM car for the summer. He was kind, friendly, and personable. He demonstrated top notch professionalism and a high level of patience as he explored and compared all the ICBC rate options available. I was impressed with how thorough and accurate he worked, making sure to remember to cancel the storage insurance for me as well. It was a great experience all around. Thank you Adrian!!
