Absolutely fantastic experience working with Kleiner Services. Professional interactions, lots of virtual preparation, and competent leadership both from the company and also the lead mover on the day of moving. Did everything we needed, and with a great attitude at that.

We booked a really short notice move with Kleiner at the recommendation of a group on Facebook and am I ever glad we did!The crew of 5 who moved our 4 bedroom house were friendly, quick, and professional. Payment was seamless, and time remaining updates were given at regular intervals.Thank you, Kleiner. While I hope I don’t have to move anytime soon, I know who we’ll be booking to do our move in the future!

Piano successfully moved! The overall experience with Kleiner Moving Services was exceptional. From getting an estimate and booking a time with Augustina and Diane to meeting the cheerful moving team Michael, Marcon and Juan. Would definitely use and recommend this company.

Last week Kleiner's helped me with my moving. I have delicate items and heavy items and a total of 30 steps to get to the main road.They shrink wrapped my leather sofa set and other furnitures which I initially declined thinking they should be fine without. I was glad I followed their recommendations it really need that to protect them.For the heavy items that they have to carry 30 steps stairs up they are amazing! Despite of the weight they need to bring up I can still see them in good mood after and showing positive vibes. They're also careful with my stuff and I am so glad nobody got hurt. From booking, confirmation, reminders from Agustina and the moving with positive attitude and smiling guys Michael, Mau, Marconi and V...you are all amazing!!! You made my moving easy and totally worry free! Kleiner has an amazing team, our move was so easy and stress free! Their movers were speedy, friendly, and efficient. Their customer service was also easy to reach with any questions and I appreciated the reminders/communication. Will definitely recommend!

I was hoping to learning Kleiner a glowing review, but sadly we did not have a great experience with them. I used the company in November 2022 for a move and the experience was excellent. They moved my piano and couch safely from one unit to the other, and did so in a timely and professional manner.We were forced to move again this spring (May 2023) due to our landlord selling and unfortunately the second time using Kleiner was not a positive one.Because they had moved my piano once, they presumed the second move would be similar and did not ask for any other information (stairs vs elevator, etc) as it customary when moving a piano. We tried to offer this information and it was not accepted. As a result, the company was unable to move the instrument to the room we wanted as they were not expecting, nor prepared to move the piano up a flight of stairs. One of the movers was confident, but the other struggled to get the piano up 4 steps and in the back door. It was a stressful process for everyone. Our movers took a very well deserved 40 minute break, but we were unclear if we were paying for this time or not. Prior to the move we were told we would receive a $50 credit for using them again, and $25 for leaving a google review. Our invoice had neither of these discounts and when we asked for a detailed breakdown, we heard nothing. It took my partner writing to the office multiple times to receive an invoice and the $50 discount, but they said they were unable to provide a breakdown. We are still unsure if we paid for the movers break or not.Unfortunately the poor communication and lack in clarity with regards to billing has impacted our opinion of this moving company and we will not be using them again.

Recommended by a friend who also used Kleiner moving. Easy to book and responds within a day. They called and double checked night before the move if any further support was needed or if they needed to bring anything extra to pack/protect. Showed up on time, very personable and both were hard workers and worked quickly! They were careful and items and walls were not damaged and put in the correct places. Thank you!

We all know how stressful moving home can be, took me a while but finally through a friend’s recommendation, we came to Kleiner services and we are so glad we did. The booking process was very easy and clear, then on the moving day, the staffs came right on time which is very important, 4 movers were friendly, professional and efficient, there were no problems throughout the move, everything was wrapped and well protected as we opt for the full packing and moving services. I will highly recommend this company if you are looking for a reliable and professional company to deal with. Thank you to Juan who was the lead of the move, he was fantastic.
