He was very condescending about my concerns, did not address my questions and even questioned why I had an appointment with him. He made me feel like I was wasting his time. I am sorry that he was the doctor I was referred to.

I have been suffering from psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis for more than 7 years. After asking my family doctor for help several times, I demanded a referral to a dermatologist. As luck would have it, Dr Hong's office called a couple of days later with a cancellation and could see me that day. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful with directions since I live in Abbotsford. My wait time was only 5 minutes. Dr Hong knew my problem was urgent and I was in pain and started a course of treatment right away with follow up calls on my blood tests and future office visits. I am very satisfied and pleased with Dr Hong and his staff.

Dr. Hong is straightforward and direct. This may not be everyone's cup of tea but I thought my experience with him was pleasant. I had keloid scars from surgery and chest tubes that he injected with steroid. They lightened up and look way better. Will be returning for a follow up.

I have recently received treatment at the Skinfit MD Clinic. I am very grateful for the excellent care I received as a patient of Dr T Ho Hong and would highly recommend his services. He is kind, compassionate, experienced and above all, highly skilled. I feel blessed to have been his patient.His assistant Sara is lovely and knowledgeable as well, encouraging me to call with any and all questions I might have, that indeed no question or concern was unreasonable. She is a credit to his Office.I know that I made the right decision to take care of myself and am so happy to have put my trust in Dr Ho Hong.

Terrible doctor. Along with an unprofessional humour he is extremely dismissive and fails to communicate the most important information down to the basic ones.You can find a much better doctor don’t settle for the poor treatment here!

Chi hong is extremely unprofessional. Seems like after all these years of schooling he still doesn't know how to properly communicate with patients. My client came in there recently and instead of answering his urgent questions he blatantly dismissed him and even went out of the way to racially profile him. Next time we come in we will be recording the whole interaction with him through our spy lenses. The discriminatory and prejudicial treatment will then be uploaded to the public through social media and this excuse of a doctor will be exposed. Warning!

Super surprised to see all of the negative reviews. Dr Chih-Ho Hong is straight to the point and tells you what you need. I'm glad a specialist finally told me what I needed to hear as opposed to beating around the bush and making me waste my time trying out different products or regimes. Just because you waited 6 months to see him, doesn't mean your appointment needs to be outstretched as well. I did not find him negative or condescending at all! He is super friendly and makes sure you understand what each procedure they offer entails.
