Really nice staff. Very helpful, when I've had issues in the past, they were able to resolve the issue.

I was taught that if you have nothing good to say. It's better to say nothing at all.

The new young staff are ridiculous ringing the fraud alarm on every check they see (labour/people ready temp service) causing major dilemma and unnecessary anger this happened more then once to me now I avoid certain tellers for this problem. I’ve been going there for years and this is recent issue otherwise it’s not a bad bank itself

My experiences wasn’t that horrible I’ve exchange notes for coins twice from this branch so far, first time was good but second time i went on a Friday afternoon. I did tell them Im exchanging it for a business. the lady told me $600 is too much and they were out of toonies completely and only had 4 rolls of loonies left. I asked when will they have more but the answers didn’t match up and was confusing and at the end she just admitted they don’t know. She told me I needed to set up business account and order coins ahead to be prioritized and I believe she said it takes fee too. But overall customer service wasn’t too bad. Long line but only 2 tellers working. I ended up having to go to RBC for more coins which is just 10min down the street. Will probably go straight to them next time since it’s less chaotic there too. Can’t complain too much since it is a bank in Jackson square which is in hamilton downtown they probably have a lot other things to deal with. Oh yea they were out of envelopes too. Noted to TD: don’t bother responding to this msg, because I read most the responses to negative reviews and they are all automated and the same just with a different name at the end. Customer service desk, AKA help desk, closes exactly 1 hour before branch closing time… why should I have to wait in line for a card issue when I don’t need to take out money at the teller?

great ATM service with lots of machines but they over charge...nearly $4...for other bank interac cards

One teller at 9AM on a Monday with 8 customers standing in line, each with at least a 10 minute wait to see ONE TELLER. Thankfully I only needed a letter stating my account with TD is closed because this is an absolute joke.

Worse service worse bank.I was waiting on this review to see if the 3 week money transfer would hit.They have been telling me and my husband tomorrow for 2 weeks I had to cancel it 5 times due to their lack of knowledge in banking.The management the staff is not reliable not professional and oh so much more.Sending money to the USA takes 3 weeks? Not even. Also asked my the money back to just forget about sending it.They have been promising me the Money back for another week?This is not a bank.I’m not from canada but I did have my husband open us an acct here because he is. And all his business is is now with this but this bank and specifically this branch is not a bank.Also worse customer service I called two weeks ago 5 people hung up on me and related a message to a manager that why they were hanging up is because I was saying things. All I was asking for was help?.Anyways. Will be loosing so much business. And I will report to anyone I can this branch is awful.

The lady who helped me with my transaction was extremely kind and helpful, and took a few extra steps to make sure that my money was available to me immediately after depositing my check. Nothing to complain about that. Minus one star because I had to wait in line quite a while and another one because the place reeked of sh!t and p!ss. They need to install an extractor fan or something.

So erogent and misleading. Treat customers like we are begging them for service.
