Bought a new Nissan Murano in 2018, just on case I bought a 5 year bumper to bumper warranty. It started squealing intermittently. Diagnosed as a rear diff coupler clutch I believe he called it. They ordered it in and was installed inside a week. Very pleased with the speed of repair as well as the actual repair.

Great service. Had car ready for test drive when I got there.

Western truck centre.If I could, I would rate this company in the negatives for sure. I would advise anyone considering any product from this place to run away as fast as you can.I previously bought a used vehicle from this company. Less than 30 days from having it, we ran into issues. We brought it to multiple mechanics, the last one we brought it to which was the same dealership as the make of the vehicle. I was told the engine needed to be replaced. So a vehicle just bought from this dealer was failing. I got ahold of the manager and they informed me that they are not responsible. I did more picking into the car and found maintenance records ranging back 3 years, when the previous owner was having the same issues we were having with the car. The dealership took 6 months to reply to any email sent to them by us or by the agencies we were dealing with. When they did reply they offered 150 dollars, of a 5500 dollar engine replacement.At the end of the day these guys sold me a vehicle that was failing and knowingly did it. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

Pretty easy experience honestly, wasn't a pressure situation at all.
