No acknowledgment of customerFood was late 35 mins.Food is usually goodbut customer service is appalling.Sometimes the pakora are a real miss but the mains are a decent quality and quantity. Spicy but not overly spicy.

Karara Is one of my favourite take out places in Ottawa! I was Initially wowed with their vegetarian samosas! The flavours and their sauce is stunning! I have tried several different curry dishes, their rice and their naan; all of which have been delicious! I also highly recommend the curry for 1 combo they offer its a great deal!My rating would more accurately be 4.6/5 due to having received a more watery that usual butter chicken, and having my last few samosas be more greasy than they usually are! Quality isn’t always uniform but the food is still always good!

Honestly my favorite Indian food in Ottawa, always consistent, always the perfect amount of spice, big portions, great price and great service. I have never been let down by this business, even when Uber Eats fails them. My go to meal is Panora Pakeer, Cheese Naan and a Lamb Biryani, feeds two people twice so it's more then worth the value.

This is probably some of the worst Indian take out I've ever had. The butter chicken was made barely spiced and runny. It was literally just a tomato sauce. The chicken pieces in it were over cooked and not in the sauce. They were huge dry and flavorless. The Naan is deep fried ....DEEP FRIED! The white rice was fine I guess but can't absorb any sauce. Just so poorly executed and a huge let down for almost 30$ for 2 people when we could just get pizza.

We oredered Butter chicken butter, naan ,sag lamb and rice they took the time to ask about spice level we said mild and the food was mild yet still very flavorful very delicious there veg samosas are amazing too.highly recommend this place to all my friends.

Excellent Indian food that tastes authentic & homemade! Staff is friendly and our order is always ready for pickup at the time we asked for it. We've ordered many times when we don't have time to cook and never been disappointed.They have great vegetarian (thank you!) options as well as a wide variety of meat dishes. I recommend the chaat papri and bhaigan bhartha. (side note: the weird lentil liquid stuff" another reviewer mentioned is daal

G for garbage food. They have different recipe in different location under the same title Biryani by box". I ordered Pav bhaji biryani and there was no pav in biryani where Richmond location serves pav in pav bhaji biryani. It was not fresh food at all and I had a hard time this morning."
