When looking for a panasonic ub 9000 4k player I came across Haney Appliance and not only did Haney get in sooner then the competition but beat the price by a lot. All my future home and audio needs Haney will be on the top of the list.

Looking to purchase a pair of high end speakers which I sourced on their web page. Made telephone contact with Justin who was extremely helpful and patient with my inquiries. Together with another associate, Greg, we were able to complete the order and work out a few kinks in a friendly and timely manner!I never forgot the great service I received when I was recommended to them 30 years ago (pre-internet) for a Nikko receiver and 24 channel EQ when they were Haney Sewing & Sound. It seemed odd to me that they would carry such obscure and high end equipment in the back of a sewing center! After sales service has always kept us coming back. 20 years later our old fridge stopped working and we just bought a new fridge this morning and it was delivered by noon. We have bought all of our appliances there and have always been happy and they have the best prices and will match anyone so why wouldn't you want to deal with nice, honest, trustworthy local people. We have for 30 years. Cannot say enough good things about the Sheppard family and staff.

I have been going to this store since the 80’s, when there were still silver faced, heavy, well built stereo receivers by Pioneer and JVC to name a couple. Fast forward, this is still my source for two channel and multi channel receivers/integrated amplifiers. The Big Box/on line vendors cannot compete with the personal service and price. I am not sure where I could go in person to upgrade my gear. The range of products spans entry level to enthusiasts, but everyone is treated well. Sometimes we even get to listen to some very high end gear, even though it’s way out my budget, I still get the experience.This is a no pressure shop. Greg has never really sold me anything, rather I let him know what I want to buy. It’s either in stock or is ordered and brought in at a very competitive price. I could have easily bought from a US vendor (even when the dollar was at par), but I would pay more and lose the expertise.This is a store that builds long term relationships rather than flash in the pan sales. Who would you contact at a big box store for technical advice?

Thanks salesman JakeYou helped find an appropriate replacement for my washing machine and arranged prompt delivery and setup including taking away old appliance. The wonderful delivery guys were polite and efficient even though it was a little difficult getting it into the house.

Customer service from the Sheppard’s makes it impossible not to give a 5 star review!! Big box stores can’t compete with a local shop that actually cares, Greg has the knowledge base AI wishes it could replicate. If you have questions/concerns or run into problems post purchase you will not be left hanging. All I can say is thanks again for staying true on your customers needs. Customer for LIFE right here

These people are excellent! We don't go elsewhere for our electronics and appliances. And we travel 90 minutes to get there. We've bought appliance packages for 4 houses, TV's, stereos, beds, and smart home components. They will do a better deal than anybody else ... With a smile and great service too.
