I 'm coming to this office for years and had nothing but the best experience every time I went! This team is verry efficient, even when very busy, patiens are greeted highly professionally and with kindness! Thank you for your great work!

Please see the new location address on the photo. I visited this place last Saturday (Jan 15, 2022) because my child needed X-ray. I went to Austin location because google didn't update their location changes. I took the picture of the notice on the entrance. They moved new location closed to barquitlam mall area.The building was newly builted so it is new and nice looking but the staff I met at reception was terrible.I couldn't hardly hear what she said. The way she talked was not nice at all. First impresson at reception was just terrible I could only say. I understand the covid situation and expected to stay outside of the building while waitng for my child. The lady told me this only patient in the building policy as much as rude she can do.I didn't have this negative feeling when I visited the austin location before. But this time, it was bad. I don't want to add more words to describe.Also, they should update with google for austin location. Otherwise, people like me probably would lose their valuable time to travel back and forth.

Xray is moved to another location. Lifelabs onky still there

Middle of the day on a weekday was really fast. Ladies who worked there were very nice and accommodating. Short but sweet for my Xray~

Caring and professional staff get you in and out quickly

This review is more for google. PLEASE UPDATE THEIR ADDRESS! It is Feb 28 2022 and from what others posted they moved out last year in October.The new location hasn't been updated yet. My elderly parents can't read the reviews so had no idea they moved and so walked around the old location trying to look for it.

The service at the front deck was so so on my last two visits. Very robotic and straight down to business.
