STAY AWAY.. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.Google the house address and it is a blurred out street address in maple ridge.. where does the paper go after it is shredded? I highly doubt this follows any Canadian laws for confidential shredding. You might as well just throw your paper in the recycling bin at this pointResponse to Owner's Reply:Cascades Recycling is in Kelowna BC and you are located out of Maple Ridge BC... the logistics don't make sense. Where do you store shredding before it is brought to Cascades? In the house in Maple Ridge... not very safe.

Just had INFOshred shred our company documents after another shredding company failed to show up. Brian took care of everything, setting up a date and calling to give me a time when the driver would arrive. So happy to have shredding finally done - driver was courteous and ensured everything was cleaned up before he left. I would highly recommend this company.

Being charged for pickups even if they don't happen. When I sent an email request to find out what is going on before I pay outstanding amount they just resent the bill. I have no problem paying for a service when it is actually done.

This service was outstanding. They pulled up to the house I gave them my items and they were done right in front of me. They are polite, easy to book, on time and fairly priced. I have used them twice and will be using them again. I would highly recommend this service.

OMG, AWESOMEI spoke to Brian today about a pick up in Coquitlam, he advised me that their driver was in this area and he would call me back. Brian called within 10 mins and said Michael would be here by 4:00 pm. The shredding was completed by 4:00 pm. Thank you so much and I would recommend INFOSHRED to anyone, AWESOME.. I did call 2 other companies in the Tri-city area and received no call back."Thanks"
