No updates as to when my vehicle would be ready.No on-site courtesy car. I had to wait on a chilly Friday afternoon outside for 30 minutes (service closed at 3pm)I was asked to wait in the parking lot of honda service for enterprise to pick me up and rent a car from them to which they found it amusing that they were going to lend me a compact car. A very little car which could not accommodate my family. Luckily the gentleman at enterprise was able to find me a vehicle that matched the class of my own.When I picked up my vehicle I was simply handed the keys amd a folder of the repairs done. No one gave me a walk-around the car to show me because if they would have, they would see the shoddy work that had been done. Hood not lining up with quarter panels, glove compartment broken (which functioned perfectly before the repairs"

We had an appointment with a sales person. Everything was going well until it was time to appraise my car, their offre was way bellow the market value. When we tried to negotiate the director refused to come up 1000$. I have a Honda vehicle that is in very good condition and highly demanded. But he refused. So the sales man did a great job but didn't get to enjoy the fruit of his labor.
