Amazing service is what would sum up my experience. I had a very short deadline to put my gaming desktop together, and even after having issues with the parts I had bought myself, it was completed very quickly and most importantly it was very well put together. A+ service and an all around great experience!

Alex is an awesome character. He is kind, helpful, responsive. I tried installing a GPU and had some issues with the power supply for the video card. He knew all the ins and outs and gave me really good suggestions to help me solve my problem. I will definitely be back for his services in the future if I have computer problems.

Best place to get your phone fixed at! Mathieu helped me so much with my Iphone and I am so grateful. They really care about the clients that come to see them and will always make sure that the customer is satisfied with the results. They come up with best solutions and walk you through every step of the reparation process. When I went to the apple store to get my phone fixed (water damage) they told me that there was nothing that could be done to salvage it because there was oxidation inside the phone. However, when I went to La Shop they were able to fix it the same day! I entirely trust them with my phone and recommend them to everybody who experiences trouble with their electronics. :)

My laptop developed a problem due to a faulty Windows update. It was not starting up properly and the screens cycled between the dreaded blue screen and a systems screen. Mathieu was able to successfully update Windows and checked out my laptop for any other issues. Huge relief.Thank you for great service. It is wonderful to have this business in our neighbourhood.
