We want to give a big shout out to the Team at Vital Waters... Denise took great care of us right from the get go by clearly explaining the services and fees... it ends up being much more cost effective to have our water delivered than going to pick it up ourselves - who knew!! :) And with the delivery right to our door, we don't need to get to the store before they close to make sure we have our water - it is already here ! We love it. Thank you sooooooo very much to the Team :) Yippee!

I was going to give 2 stars but gave an extra one due to the delivery service which is good. I keep getting bottles where the water tastes like plastic, which is really nasty, and end up dumping most of it. Will be switching as I never had this problem anywhere else.

They have an alkaline water here that I have been drinking for over a year. It's the best water distributor that I have been able to find on Kelowna.They also have a good program for volume discount. If you pay for 10 bottles up front, you get the discount. You do not have to take all 10 bottles at once and bring in an empty to quickly exchange it for a full one.

I use to drink the 5 gallon bottle of water maybe 1 every 2 weeks. since I started drink vital water alkaline water I am going through 1 every 4 day.i've tried bottled water all over the okanagan it is the best bottled water in kelowna, peachland penticton, vernon and lake country.I am hooked.

Their water tastes so good I had no idea what I was missing until I switched over. I had a customer service issue, but when I went back to talk to Chris (the owner) we came up with a win win situation. I left satisfied and grateful! Highly recommend if you are looking for quality water and excellent customer service!

Delicious product accompanied by great customer service! My only gripe would be the hours of operation don't line up super well with my schedule but I can adjust to make that work. All in all great spot for water
