There actually is no cars to rent at this location. So they book the car but then call you the day prior to rental to tell you there's no cars to rent. But keep advertising & booking car rentals to people when there actually are no cars to rent. Deplorable business tactics.

I rented car from dawson creek enterprise couple of times since last 2-3 months. I had a wonderful experience as i was assisted by One of their employee Tariq. Guy was realy friendly and asked all about what kind of car i need and did his best to help me. He gave me some options to select from and gave derailed information about car and their terms and policies. Tariq called me a day prier to my pikup date just to confirm booking and ask me what time will be best for me to pikup my car. Loved their customer service and best cars at affordable prices and will be coming to them in future to rent a car.

Good customer service. Took a car from Dawson creek branch to Vancouver when it was extreme weather conditions and it was really worth while by the car and service they provide, because they had a thorough follow up whether its alright about the road conditions and the commute. Thanks for the care and support. And the price is also reasonable.

I will tell everyone to book with Enterprise in Dawson Creek! I reserved a car a month ahead to drive to a family reunion. What service! I was picked up at the airport by one of the managers - Lov. He was driving a spotless and sporty looking vehicle that turned out to be the vehicle I was to rent. LOVED this car. He gave me a rental rate that was lower than expected. Gave me a great tutorial so that I knew everything about this vehicle. 5 star treatment at a discount price.

This place is a scam. 6 weeks after returning your car, they will send you a bill for damage (when you clearly were not the one responsible.) Buyer beware. Do not rent from this location. Shady business people.

They were absolutely wonderful! They put up with me and my attitude, also all the extra added days. Their prices are fair and with every few days I kept adding on without notice, they accommodated me and ALWAYS gave me the best price. Tariq was a joy to work with!!!

It is easy to deal with them. No hassle. Customer service at it’s best! The guy named Tariq is really helpful and very accommodating! Good rental car service company! Took the rental vehicle from Fort St. John for 1 week and then was able to return it to Dawson Creek with no problem at all.
