Great location, experienced technicians. Best pedicure by far and quite an array of polish colours and bring an idea and they can do it!!

We were recommended the same place in Port Elgin, and booked a few weeks in advance to secure our nail appointments for my wedding.Disappointing experience- staff didn't speak to you at all and were always on their phones, spoke to each other and even when we tried to include them in our conversation, they didn't offer us menu.Had to have my nails redone because the photo I had shown they ended up not being able to do it, even though they said they could at beginning.When I booked they confirmed they could do any design we request, however I was told NO for my nail design right away, and offered no easier suggestions they were capable of doing.Overall, the location is good, prices are good, but I would pay a different price elsewhere to not get my cuticles cut and receive an enjoyable experience.

I have yet to review the nail services but I did stop in today for a drink. The atmosphere is very clean and friendly and the outside mural is beautiful. Today I purchased a mango smoothie with tapioca pearls, the tapioca was nice and chewy and the smoothie was fresh and delicious. I can’t wait to come in and try more of the drinks they offer! Only downside is that they only offer one size - which is quite large. By the time I was halfway through I was quite full, would love to see a smaller size added to the menu eventually. Definitely recommend checking out if you like Boba!

I have been going to Atlantis since it opened because one, it's a lot closer to me, and 2, I believe having an eatery in a nail salon is a very innovative, great idea especially in the Grey Bruce area.I spent my money on Atlantis, I had acrylics done, feet done, and purchased eatery services. I brought my bridal party to Atlantis (they worked on 8 of our hands and feet, and at least 3 of my bridesmaids' eyelash extensions done and everyone left tips) and at all our appointments, we had drinks and food. I told many people about this place because I had nothing but good customer service... until today.When I called Atlantis this morning to ask if they could professionally remove my acrylic nails and maybe get a natural" nail treatment with my technician (because she convinces me to try new stuff and I'll be happy to do it)The lady told me they can't do it for me anymore and I asked

My partner and I tried their Korean corn dogs and they were so delicious! Everytime I come to the Southampton area I crave them! We also tried the boba teas 10/10!!

The greeter was super nice really talked me into the best of the best treatment, the wax and massage and all the pedicure maintenance I needed... it was a great pedicure! However I sat down only a couple minutes before the person beside who paid for the smallest package pedicure and we were done at the same time... so although I received this extra treatment, I don't think the experience lasted long enough for the value I paid over $100.

Staff are very nice and it is clean but it is over priced for the quality of services. Several times I have had to wait upwards of 20 minutes for my appointment. I don't feel that they use good quality polish, they say they use 'what is healthiest for your nails'. My polish has chipped consistently and nails have come off days after having them done and Polish is often streaky. They offer to fix them which is nice but sets from here have only been lasting me two weeks. I was hopeful this could be my new salon

Always enjoy my treatments at Atlantis spa. Staff is friendly and helpful. Last week was a cold , snowy week so I also treated myself to a savoury, hot bowl of rare beef Pho (a favourite!) and then tried the Vietnamese Vermicelli Bowl on another day. Can’t go wrong sampling their bubble teas as well. Would recommend this spa to anyone in the area!

Had an excellent pedicure and bubble tea here. Great foot massage and love that they have a huge selection of regular polish, not just gels (though their gel selection is also huge). Will definitely be back!
