Healthy Planet - Oakville (403 & Dundas)

I wish to take the time to share how helpful Cecilia Huon was with helping me find all my supplements my natural path had recommended for me.Cecilia was kind, caring and took the time to explain which brands are a better quality. Grateful to her!!Nabila was very kind in helping me set up an account to acumúlate points. Nabila took the time and was heart warming!! What a great team!!!

My family and I come here regularly and the staff is so lovely. Nabila is especially very welcoming and kind, and always makes us feel special when we come in. The store is always well stocked, clean, convenient, and has lots of different sales going on. I will continue to visit regularly for years to come!

I have been shopping at The Healthy Planet, Oakville, for close to 5 years now. And the experience has been okay. Today, however, the experience was more than okay, it was good. Their customer service person - Ms. Nabila - was both polite & helpful, and very respectful of my time. She had me all packed and ready to go in a few minutes flat. Keep it up, Nabila.

Nabila and her staff are knowledgeable and friendly, providing excellent customer service. The team here is attentive and they work hard to provide customer focused solutions to inquiries. The store is always clean and well-stocked. Produce selection is small but the prices are good and the products are always fresh. Supplement selection is excellent, with full line selection for many high quality and best brands. Gluten free selection is good and keto selections are increasing. Frozen and refrigerated foods are competitively priced with a good selection.As a regular customer I really appreciate their sale selection and rewards program.I highly recommend this location. They are easy to find and close to the 403. Parking is ample. Staff are wonderful if you need assistance to your vehicle or order ahead for contact free pick up. Watch for in-store events.Looking forward to the expanded store coming soon.

Truly all around awful. It has a really bad smell. Not natural. Pumice chunks were very rough on the body. Not hydrating or moisturizing at all. I came out of the shower dry and irritated and needed apricot oil to sooth my arms and legs. Really awful product. I was looking forward to something with so many good reviews but it really isn’t. Bought at Healthy Planet for an inflated price and they wont return or refund. So now it’s a throwaway. It came with a recommendation from the sales clerk which makes it worse. Such a disappointing experience. When I came back to the store the clerk gave me a big speech about Beauty products being final sale and she could do nothing. I got the “I just work here” line and so I left. That isn’t good customer service so I wont be back. I can buy what I need elsewhere, like Noahs or the Health Shoppe. They are super friendly and accommodating at both these stores and I’ve had better experiences with the same prices

Sold me a Pre-work out formula with liquid in the container (defective).I had to unpack myself at the gym, Then I realize this and had to repack, change my clothes and drive right back (2 hours after purchase). We checked another container of the same product by ATP LAB and it had the same issue. (Photos attached). Then we checked another manufacturer (Perfect Sports) and it had liquid inside as well I'll attach that photo as well.I mean if i was the employee at this point i would have apologized as I would've left once again with another defective product. Instead, she got frustrated and asked me what would you like me to do now because we can't keep opening products. I responded, yes I understand you don't want to process the DOA but I am not paying for a defective product... which technically i did pay for it since... Instead of full refund they wanted to give me store credit even after inconveniencing me by selling me a defective product....How the heck does that make sense, you sold me a defective product than punish me by issuing store credit instead of full refund?Inconvenienced me twice. That is just illogical and poor service over a policy which can easily be adjusted considering the circumstances.I don't understand if you sold me something defective, why are you punishing your customer by giving store credit. It's as if your saying, Yes we know you got inconvenienced but you still have to buy from us.I own my own construction business, I'm ashamed at this point that I, as a small business owner offer better customer service and manage defects, cancelations and returns in a far more fair and just manner then compared to a larger company such as Healthy Planet.Come to think of it, i had the same issue at the Cedarbrae location a few years ago... i actually had forgotten about that incident and had began shopping here once again...
