I can't praise Enterprise at Toyota Country Hills enough for the incredible experience I had with them. From the moment I picked up my rental car to the time I dropped it off, Isaac, their exceptional representative, went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.What truly impressed me was the level of attentiveness and professionalism displayed by Isaac. He took the time to thoroughly explain all the available options for my rental, providing valuable insights that helped me make an informed decision. I greatly appreciated the abundance of details he shared, which gave me complete confidence in my choice.The entire rental process was seamless and hassle-free. Had a good experience overall. Staff was nice they tried there best to resolve the vehicle issue which occurred due to there inventory and late return. They could have done better on the first day by switching the vehicle with different category instead of doing it on second day.

Insurance said to come to this location. They are charging us personally.While we were on the phone with insurance in thier lobby, the people at the counter started laughing and joking about us. EXTREMELY unprofessional. Definitely do not reccomend this location. STAY AWAY!Edit - the 2 managers of the store were amazing to deal with and set us up. Very pleasant people. Wish we didnt have the first experience but ended on a good note. Thank you to Riley and Brij for helping and understanding!

Rating changed.In summary. Enterprise does not fix its cars even if it gets 10 rock chips in the windshield. They wait until one of those chips turn into a full blown crack. While the car is rented out then they charge the customer for a brand new windshield. If you are not convinced check reddit and type in enterprise wind shield crack. Its a total rip off.My advise.... save yourself the hassle do not use enterprise unless you have zero options.Previous review below:Isaac is amazing. All other enterprise branches simply refused to entertain phone calls. Isaac on the other hand keeps updating me on the status of my vehicle request. He is great!

I recently rented from them! Very friendly! The vehicle i received was exactly what I need for my travels..clean! Good rates! Very polite service..staff was very accommodating to my needs. Left feeling very satisfied with my rental needs. I will definitely be renting from them in the future! Also very close to airport! Very easy to find! Definitely check them out!!!

We got a rental from here for about a month while our car was being repaired. I have elderly parents who needed a bit more assistance and the staff here were incredibly helpful in getting them all set up. They made the entire process painless and smooth!
