Call these guys if you want your mistake/car accident posted on Facebook by their employees to make fun of you. I slid into the ditch on an icy day and called to get help getting pulled out. Tow truck driver was meh and kept trying to sell me a car (whatever I can deal with that) all is fine and dandy until I go on Facebook the next morning and see an employee of Nodak towing posted a picture of my car accident on a Facebook page and proceeded to make fun of me. Very unprofessional and the owner didn’t really seem to care.

Got stuck in the snow in the middle of a poorly plowed road so I called for help. Waited 45 minutes not bad. Was pretty annoyed when the worker hit me with the “you know it’s no travel advised right bud” like excuse me you think I want to be stuck and pay you guys $140 to move me 20 feet? If I didn’t have to be at work believe me I would be at home, bud. Proceeds to lecture me about driving “a small car in this blizzard” not professional or cool at all, like I had a choice. If you don’t like your job you shouldn’t be belittling the people your supposed to be helping

I needed a tow late on Saturday night. My call was answered right away. Andrew, the driver, showed up fast and was super friendly. The process was so quick and easy. I appreciated them making a situation that could have been very stressful, very painless instead. Would definitely call them again if we ever need to!

Called have flat tire no jack 18 miles out of Minot. He only wanted to tow it. Told me to many things can go wrong with changing a tire. I’m not on side of road but on a long approach wonder what could go wrong poor poor service!

Misogynistic tow truck driver, threatened to memorize my plate and tow me next time he saw me. All I did was wait at an apartment complex to pick somebody up in an area that that isn’t designated for a long term parking.

This is an great company. They came right away and we were towed in minutes. Robert the driver was awesome and very helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

I wish I can give this company 100000 stars. Honestly, the level of service we received was beyond our expectations. Quick response time, quick to arrive, extremely friendly... what amazing adjectives can I use??? They deserve all the good ones. Thanks for pulling my son out of the snow ditch! Haha

Called at dinner time on Easter Sunday. They were there in 20 minutes and that includes helping another stranded motorist. Excellent service. Even kept me updated along the way!

The tow truck driver took pictures of our vehicle to put on Facebook to make fun of my husband after we got into our accident and needed a tow out of the ditch. We planned on doing a raving review since they came out immediately on Sunday but they chose to be unprofessional instead.

If I could leave zero stars I would. After telling us someone was on their way a week ago,that person never showed up and nobody calledto let us know that the truck was still sitting on the side of the road until a sheriff's deputy showed up at our house one week later to tell us that it was about to be impounded for being abandoned. When we called we were told a long story about how it ultimately didn't get picked up by the person that was dispatched to it and apparently no other attempt to pick up the truck was made. After talking today we were told that someone was en route but four and a half hours later we drove by and there the vehicle still was. Nobody had ever been dispatched today either. Just getting a huge run around. Completely disappointed and frustrated. Incredibly unprofessional to not follow up on the vehicle wasn't initially picked up. Absolutely no reason for it to have been sitting there for an entire week with an open work order to our insurance company.
