Nice spot to rent or to invest. They have the necessary stuff to live a downtown life. Small places but worthy if you are working downtown.

Terrible! building management. They run the building like a prison. Covid Lockdown has ended and all Other condo building out door amenities have reopened. They kept ours locked down. It’s apparently to dangerous to use the bbqs that are spaced 10’ apart but they allow 300+ uber eats/ mail delivery people to come in our building and touch our doors and elevators with no masks everyday. But using bbq outside will spread covid in our building. Do yourself a favor and don’t live here.

I've seen the security guards drinking beer behind the building multiple times. Smoking and doing activities unbecoming of condo representatives.

Great building so far. Property management is efficient and responsive. 24-hour concierge is very convenient, and everyone is friendly. The building is in great shape and is well-maintained. Amenities are pretty great, including the gym and showering facilities. The neighbours so far seem friendly. Very impressed with this building so far.
