I purchased a hot tub from Sean a couple years ago and he was very professional and helped us choose the right tub for us. Installation was on time and efficient. Since then they regularly test our water and help us keep it balanced.Recently our touchpad was acting up. They performed a service call within days and fixed it in one trip. Kudos to all the staff at Valley Pool and Spa!

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT.We made the terrible choice of having this company manage our pool installation. One of the owners “Sonya” is a really special human being that will make you question how this company has even made it this far with her at the helmBeing the first project of the year for them and starting in April our project wasn’t completed until mid October which was far above their 6-8 week completion time. There was zero project management or planning going on and a severe lack of communication between management and workers. Our project sat untouched for weeks at a time and this seemed to be a normal operation for them.By end of September all had been paid aside from the “completion payment” due upon completion of the project. Management (Sonya), demanded this final payment ($5000) without the project being completed. When we refused to pay until the project was done, she threatened us and said the cover that we already paid for would not be installed until we paid up. This is corporate extortion… so after litigation was mentioned by us the project was reluctantly completed and we paid up.No apology was given, no compensation for our complete tire fire of a project, nothing.All I can say positive about this company is they some great employees, but with relatives of Sonya slowly seeping in I’m not too sure how much longer that will last.Anyway, choose a different company, don’t fall victim to this one.

Very happy with Valley Pool & Spa! Purchased a new hot tub from Sean Colluney (sales) and Sean spent a great deal of time with us during our search for just the right tub for us. Pre-inspection of our site, delivery and installation was very smooth, professional and on time. Dawson, lead hand for the delivery and installation definitely knew what he was doing and it was obvious he had done this numerous times before. Professional, courteous and very friendly. Highly recommend this company.

Extremely disappointing. Got a tub last August. Tech couldn't get out of here fast enough. All without showing us everything we needed to know we later found out.Multiple issues having to get techs to come since then.Now we've noticed a noticeable leak. It's been over two weeks.The tech sent out wasn't even made aware of the photos I was asked to send. Nor was he made aware of all the issues we'd faced.Sending your techs improperly equipped is not a great way to make customers happy. Especially after all the troubles we've already faced.This has been by far the worst 11k dollars I've ever spent.Very disappointing to say the least.

Came here for every pool idem for 22 years and last time I went in they wouldn’t warranty a pump I purchased the year before even after talking on the phone and was told no worries you still have warranty I can see your invoice on the computer. never be back for anything not even pool Chemicals very poor service and super not professional. From now on pool supplies.ca amazing and free shipping.

What better place to leave some quality feedback, for the discerning consumer and hopefully a concerned business owner.Had the experience of driving on the road in front of one of their employees this morning. White Ford Ranger, plate # LC6384, got a good close look, this clown likes to tailgate other drivers dangerously close and drive aggressively. Having my young child in the vehicle with me, that would be the reason he was reported to the RCMP as well.A business is only as good as the people they employ, they allow these absolute liabilities loose on the road with the public, imagine having a clown like that in your home.

Nothing but problems from the start,Two plus weeks now the tub is leaking and staining my concrete pad. Still no word on a fix. When I've had to have the techs come put multiple times. Total waste of time and money.Save yourself the time and headaches!Don't buy a Calspa at Valley pool and spa! Save yourself the hassle!Can't even be bothered to install the lid cover back on properly. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Stripped screws put back in, absolute amateur hour.Terrible terrible quality and care by their service manager and employees.

I recently purchased a Max Spa from Valley Pool and Spa. Sean, the sales rep., was a true professional. I felt heard and all my questions were answered. I felt I was in good hands. He was reliable and trustworthy. He delivered on everything he promised. Ian took the time to make sure my tub was perfectly installed and aligned. He was diligent and professional. Sonya, the owner, took the time to meet with me and further discuss my needs and worked out a great price for a great product. 5-stars goes to this amazing TEAM!

We purchased a brand new hot tub and had to receive a new mother board and panel as the original did not work properly. Our new spa received a replacement motherboard dated 2017. It is not user friendly and even with downloading the user manual it has been an Olympic sport trying to figure it out. We haven’t been able to use the spa for weeks.We are still hoping against hope that they will work to resolve this issue.If in fact we can get this resolved I will update this review.

Our experience with Valley Pools was outstanding. We purchased a high quality spa at a fantastic price. There were some issues regarding our electrical capabilities and they went the extra mile to get us the spa that fit our needs perfectly. From the sales to the technician, their knowledge and help was exceptional. The delivery team was incredibly efficient and so pleasant to deal with.
