Used Kelowna Eco taxi service from airport YLW to home. My previous fares for this trip were about 35.00. This fare was 44.80. I was not given a receipt when I asked for one. When I asked for the cab number I was provided with 31 though when I took a picture of the side of the car it was marked as 33. To top it all off, the driver didn’t know where my street was.

I think this establishment may no longer be open? I used their app in the morning to pre-book a ride for the evening. The booking was confirmed digitally, but no driver showed up at the scheduled time. When calling their phone number to check on the ride status, it went to a mailbox that wasn't set up. I had to call a different cab service to get to the airport.

Was just flipped off and verbally abused by one of Eco’s drivers. With so much competition in this space, I would suggest you use anyone but them. Rent a scooter, wait an extra few minutes for a reputable taxi service, walk, hitchhike, call your ex, doesn’t matter What you have to do - just don’t use this company.

My cab driver told me at the end of the trip that his card reader didn't work. He demanded I go and use an atm not at my destination and not for my bank to pull cash out to pay him with. I told him I didn't want to pay the fees and he got upset and raised his voice at me that I had to. Absolutely not. If your machine doesn't work you need to tell the person beforehand. The worst part? After I made it clear I wasn't going to do what he demanded, his machine worked perfectly fine. Scam artists, avoid! Someone with less spine than me could have easily been taken advantage of, I hate to imagine a young girl or senior put into my position.

Parked at the airport trying to pick up my disabled mother in law and your driver is sat behind me laying on the horn 20+ times... not like he was first in line either.... I'll never use nor recommend your services... choose better drivers who have a little integrity and patience

A driver from this company refused to take my husband and I from the airport to my office where our vehicle was parked. It was a somewhat short fare and without even asking where we were going spoke in a foreign language to another cab driver and departed without even speaking to us. Airport staff has indicated this is an ongoing problem when security is not visible and ultimately force the company to take the fare.

I visited Kelowna a few days back and during my visit, I called Eco Taxi. The service was very fast and very good. The driver was very friendly and kind to me. He helped me pick my luggage and talked really nice to me. It was a good experience and for sure I am gonna call the taxi again. Very good service.

Don’t use service. He didn’t turn on the km counter it said 0 at end of trip, and he charged more than it should’ve been, they’re just scammers

This was the worst cab drive I have ever had and strongly urge no one to use this company. The driver should not be on the road and the company should have there licensed revoke by the city .Not understanding how this driver even has a license?
