Mr. Mehdi Salehi of Royal Fresh Air, is exactly who any home owner will want to work in their home or office. The gentleman is very professional, thoroughly explains every detail of his work to your understanding and keeps his work area extremely clean. He gives you all the technical advice that are necessary for you to reach your own decision(s), without sales/repairs pressure from him. He installed our new HVAC (Heat, Air Conditioner and Humidifier) last week. Good and trusted technicians are very had to find, I am lucky to have met Mr. Salehi, who I am going to be referring to my family and friends going forward.

Called this company at 9pm hoping to leave a message for someone to give me a call in the morning, but was surprised when someone had answered the phone eager to understand how he could help! With a baby at home, keeping the temperature comfortable is very important but the A/C was on all day and not cooling the house and it was especially hot in our room where he sleeps (like 25C). I was given advice on how to troubleshoot and it worked! He could have made a house call in the following days and charged me for the service but instead his FREE advice fixed my problem.While I don’t need any help right now, Royal Fresh is the first company I will call in the future if I ever need it. Just had Matthew (Mehdi) install the Aprilaire 600 in my home. I have to say, Matthew is truly a professional... Workmanship is fantastic, attention to detail and does not take shortcuts. I was skeptical about all the positive reviews but after seeing how professional Matthew was, I have no doubt about the quality of the work Matthew and his company offers. Royal Fresh Air installed a new A/C unit, humidifier, UV and HEPA system all in one day for us. They were very responsive, had everything in stock and were able to schedule this installation much faster than other companies I had contacted. When on site they were very professional and their workmanship was great. Once done they took the time to explain how everything worked and answered all of my questions. Overall I was very happy with the experience and would highly recommend them.
