Very disappointed. They are not customer centric. Don’t just believe their claims. Do your research before falling for their “cheap” Ignite TV and Internet package. I’m held hostage because the early cancellation fee is close to $500 for the 2-year term.I was offered “impressive” high internet speed at a supposedly low price, but what they didn’t tell me is that I will have to pay monthly rent for 2 wi-fi pods to get at least 20% of that speed and avoid frequent disconnections. They would not offer any reparations for it, since they know I can’t cancel in two years or I will have to pay close to $500 in early cancellation fees. Also, the remote of their TV is so hard yo use.

Let me tell you how backwards Rogers is.About 6 months ago, I switched over to BELL since Rogers doubled my billing and very satisfied and customer service on the phone within 2 minutes with Bell, compared to Rogers....4 calls later, spoke to 8 different employees and 2 hours wasted.Since switching over after being, I have had 2 visits from Rogers representatives at my door. They are wanting to know how much I am paying with Bell, then telling me they will beat the price...Maybe your reps should have dealt with this on the 5 calls I made prior to switching over. I was told nothing we can do. Now you send over your employees knocking on my door.The next Rogers employee at my door will get a soaking from my garden hose.

Of most recent, such an ongoing series of disappointing experiences after being with this company for 25 years, and basically still forced to be with them despite their declining service. Dealing with their call center and speaking with arrogant uneducated individuals...pitiful. Unfortunately being in Canada with telecommunications dominated by the companies being in cahoots with political decision makers really screws over the free people.

*Terrible company with Horrible Customer Service*I am wondering why there is no 0 Star option for this company. I call rogers customer services and advised to close my account in advance, by the end of the month (October 2022). I was advised to return the equipment within 30 days, I returned equipment in mid November 2022 and paid my bill in full. I received another bill for a larger than usual amount, hence approached customer service again, which informed that they did not have equipment back. I had to provide them with tracking from Canada post (which interesting said the person who received the equipment in rogers did not want his name to appear in tracking). Anyways, customer service apologized for their mistake and I was told that my account balance is 0 and account is closed. In December I receive another bill from rogers reflecting nothing as to what I was told over the phone. I contacted them again and this time lady took her time and told me the last person did not close the account properly and she has fixed everything and account balance is 0 and it stands closed. Today I received another bill in January, threatening me to pay 34.51 (reduced as compared to last two bills) which comprises of two things GST + Late Fee and no actual service charge or it will keep accumulating on the basis of daily interest. I called credit department and spoke with Pinal"

Really .1 of 1. Way less than a star. Employees trained to lie, assure they will call back and don't, say I'm calling the wrong department, but there are only two numbers to call, say they are trying to fix it, I was on the phone with them for close to 8 hours yesterday, the last 5 in one shot, but could not get anything arranged. There is no good time to call because people don't work 9 - 5 so it can be busy all the time. They are so good at telling the sincerely that for the first 3/4 hours and 5/6 people
