Dealing with their customer service online has been a tremendous experience. I bought a fitted hat of my favourite team and saw a production defect. Through social media, they picked up on the post and immediately looked for solutions once the problem was recognized. They explained what happened with production of the item and that a new way of stitching the New Era flag was going to be attached differently. They found a local Lids store and I was able to switch hats. Then in another situation, I had bought a hat on ebay only to be told weeks later that the store had sold the hat and apologized for misleading me on the eBay listing. New Era Canada saw my social media post and again above and beyond with the customer service and found me a brick and mortar sports shop they had some stock left. New Era Canada's social media customer support by far exceeded my expectations.
