Brad is our customer service representative. We have been with Unifirst for approximately 4 years and Brad has been an outstanding individual . He always handles our account changes very efficiently and quickly, he is very polite and courteous and is very pleasant to deal with. If for any reason i have to phone in to the office to makes changes the girls at the office always makes sure that change happens and there is never a need to follow up, I know its done. Any changes that I need to be aware of he makes sure to communicate it with me to ensure there are no issues.I'm not going to ask him to review our shop cause of the amount of times we've moved the uniform box lol ..... we like to keep him on his toes !THANKS CHASE UR THE BEST !

We always have outstanding service and the employees are always friendly and enthusiastic, have always been a great help and wouldn't want anyone else to do this for us! Especially Steve he is always a morale boost to the day! Constantly on time and never had an issue! Keep up the great work!
